圍隔海域水質(zhì)評價及底棲曲滸苔對水質(zhì)修復(fù)能力評估研究

【摘要】:于2015年1—12月對杭州灣北部沿岸碧海金沙圍隔海域水環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行每月一次的跟蹤監(jiān)測,進(jìn)行圍隔海域水質(zhì)分析評價,通過調(diào)查底棲滸苔群落的種類組成及其生物量,評估其對圍隔海域水質(zhì)的修復(fù)能力。根據(jù)富營養(yǎng)化狀態(tài)指數(shù)(E)表明,2015年該圍隔海域1—9月份屬于高富營養(yǎng)化狀態(tài),10—12月份屬于富營養(yǎng)化狀態(tài),其中溶解無機(jī)氮(DIN)全年平均為(0.91±0.11)mg/L,屬劣Ⅳ類海水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);溶解無機(jī)磷(DIP)全年平均為(0.031±0.005)mg/L,屬Ⅲ類海水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);根據(jù)有機(jī)污染指數(shù)(A)顯示,2015年該圍隔海域2—7月份開始受到有機(jī)污染,8月、9月和12月屬于輕度有機(jī)污染,10月和11月屬于中度有機(jī)污染。底棲滸苔類的優(yōu)勢種為曲滸苔(Ulva flexuosa),占底棲藻場總生物量的97.3%。2015年3月至12月碧海金沙圍隔海域底棲曲滸苔全年總生物量凈增長量為1 497.3 t,實(shí)驗(yàn)測得曲滸苔組織內(nèi)總氮(TN)和總磷(TP)平均含量分別為3.50%±0.02%和0.13%±0.01%(干重),全年吸收水體中氮和磷量分別為(4 354.90±46.78)kg和(161.75±1.74)kg。分析表明,碧海金沙圍隔海域天然曲滸苔種群通過同化養(yǎng)殖水體中氮磷,具備一定的水質(zhì)修復(fù)能力,但尚未平衡由水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖活動造成的營養(yǎng)負(fù)荷。因此,在近岸海水養(yǎng)殖海域,除需進(jìn)行底棲海藻場的構(gòu)建外,還需要調(diào)整養(yǎng)殖結(jié)構(gòu),如增加大型海藻栽培以建立多營養(yǎng)層次的綜合養(yǎng)殖模式(IMTA),實(shí)現(xiàn)近岸海水養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
