【摘要】:旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)是工業(yè)上循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)中的重要組成設(shè)備,是水處理過程中的重要屏障。通過對濾網(wǎng)前后液位的測量,判斷濾網(wǎng)水渠道中污物的阻塞程度,通過濾網(wǎng)旋轉(zhuǎn)對污物進(jìn)行清除。傳統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)設(shè)備控制方式單一,電能浪費嚴(yán)重。工頻啟動時啟動電流大,會造成濾網(wǎng)電機過載,影響工廠正常生產(chǎn)和帶來安全問題。因此,旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的控制技術(shù)越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。研究節(jié)能高效的旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)具有重要的的意義。 本文根據(jù)交流異步電機的轉(zhuǎn)速公式,對交流異步電機的調(diào)速方法進(jìn)行了分析,并對變頻調(diào)速的基本原理進(jìn)行了闡述。對電機各種調(diào)速方法的啟動性能進(jìn)行了分析。針對變頻器在節(jié)能方面的優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行了論述。采用液位傳感器對旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)水渠道阻塞程度進(jìn)行檢測,提出了旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)按照正弦規(guī)律變化的運動方式,完成了系統(tǒng)的軟件、硬件設(shè)計。 本系統(tǒng)由液位傳感器、變頻器、PLC及其他外圍設(shè)備組成。液位傳感器為水渠道檢測環(huán)節(jié),變頻器與PLC為控制環(huán)節(jié)。在水渠道堵塞檢測環(huán)節(jié),采用液位回差滯回比較方式,減小了水渠道液位波動對水渠道污物阻塞檢測的影響,提高了旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)的抗干擾能力;在控制環(huán)節(jié),利用變頻技術(shù),使旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)在變頻啟動方式下啟動并做正弦規(guī)律的變頻運行,減少了啟動電流對設(shè)備的沖擊,提高了清污效率,節(jié)約了電能。 系統(tǒng)工作流程為:通過模擬量擴展模塊采集液位模擬信號,經(jīng)過PLC分析濾網(wǎng)水渠道的阻塞程度,,向變頻器發(fā)出正弦規(guī)律變化的頻率值命令,使旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)做旋轉(zhuǎn)速度按照正弦規(guī)律變化的運動。利用安裝在電氣控制柜中的觸摸屏進(jìn)行參數(shù)的顯示和設(shè)定,并通過Modbus通信協(xié)議,將實時數(shù)據(jù)和功能參數(shù)傳送至總控室進(jìn)行集中控制和顯示。 本系統(tǒng)成功的實現(xiàn)了海水旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)污物的清除。通過比較兩類變頻調(diào)速的方式,證明了無極調(diào)速方式相對于有極調(diào)速方式在工作效率、節(jié)約電能等方面具有較大的優(yōu)勢。系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性好、能耗低、高效率,滿足了工廠需求。
[Abstract]:Rotary filter is an important equipment in industrial circulating cooling water system and an important barrier in the process of water treatment. By measuring the liquid level before and after the filter screen, the blocking degree of the sewage in the filter water channel is judged, and the sewage is removed by the filter rotation. The traditional rotary filter equipment control mode is single, the electric energy is wasted seriously. When the power frequency starts, the starting current is large, which will cause the filter motor overload, which will affect the normal production of the factory and bring about safety problems. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the control technology of rotary filter system. It is of great significance to study the energy saving and high efficiency rotary filter system. According to the speed formula of AC asynchronous motor, this paper analyzes the speed regulation method of AC asynchronous motor, and expounds the basic principle of frequency conversion speed regulation. The starting performance of various motor speed regulation methods is analyzed. The advantages of inverter in energy saving are discussed. The liquid level sensor is used to detect the blocking degree of the rotary filter water channel. The moving mode of the rotating filter according to the sine law is put forward, and the software and hardware design of the system is completed. The system consists of liquid level sensor, frequency converter PLC and other peripheral equipment. The liquid level sensor is the water channel detection link, the frequency converter and PLC are the control links. In the detection of water channel blockage, the effect of liquid level fluctuation on water channel fouling detection is reduced by using the method of level difference hysteresis comparison, and the anti-interference ability of rotary filter screen is improved, and in the control link, frequency conversion technology is used. The rotary filter is started in the mode of frequency conversion and the frequency conversion operation of sinusoidal law is done, which reduces the impact of starting current on the equipment, improves the efficiency of decontamination and saves the electric energy. The work flow of the system is as follows: the analog signal is collected by the analog extension module, the blocking degree of the filter water channel is analyzed by PLC, and the frequency value command of sinusoidal variation is issued to the frequency converter. Make the rotating filter to make the rotation speed changes in accordance with the law of the sine. The parameters are displayed and set by the touch screen installed in the electric control cabinet, and the real-time data and function parameters are transmitted to the master control room for centralized control and display through the Modbus communication protocol. The system has successfully realized the sewage removal of seawater rotary filter. By comparing the two kinds of variable frequency speed regulation methods, it is proved that the non-pole speed regulation mode has a great advantage in working efficiency, saving electric energy and so on. System stability, low energy consumption, high efficiency, meet the needs of the factory.
