海洋平臺(tái)大型生活區(qū)模塊吊裝方案的設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以某海洋平臺(tái)典型生活區(qū)模塊為例,對(duì)其整體吊裝方案進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),采用有限元法和結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合規(guī)范對(duì)整體吊裝強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)吊裝過(guò)程中結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵部位的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)其進(jìn)行了吊裝方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)優(yōu)化后的整體結(jié)構(gòu)再次校核分析,驗(yàn)證吊裝優(yōu)化方案的可行性與準(zhǔn)確性,為海洋工程大型模塊吊裝方案提供可行的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Taking the typical living area module of an offshore platform as an example, the whole hoisting scheme is designed in detail, and the strength of the whole hoisting is analyzed by using the finite element method and the relevant theory of structural mechanics. The weak links of the key parts of the structure in the hoisting process are found, and the optimization design of the hoisting scheme is carried out, and the optimized whole structure is checked and analyzed again to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the hoisting optimization scheme. It provides a feasible basis for the hoisting scheme of large modules in marine engineering.
