海洋平臺大型生活區(qū)模塊吊裝方案的設計及優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以某海洋平臺典型生活區(qū)模塊為例,對其整體吊裝方案進行詳細設計,采用有限元法和結構力學相關理論,結合規(guī)范對整體吊裝強度進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)吊裝過程中結構關鍵部位的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),對其進行了吊裝方案優(yōu)化設計,并對優(yōu)化后的整體結構再次校核分析,驗證吊裝優(yōu)化方案的可行性與準確性,為海洋工程大型模塊吊裝方案提供可行的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Taking the typical living area module of an offshore platform as an example, the whole hoisting scheme is designed in detail, and the strength of the whole hoisting is analyzed by using the finite element method and the relevant theory of structural mechanics. The weak links of the key parts of the structure in the hoisting process are found, and the optimization design of the hoisting scheme is carried out, and the optimized whole structure is checked and analyzed again to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the hoisting optimization scheme. It provides a feasible basis for the hoisting scheme of large modules in marine engineering.
