固定式海洋平臺結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)設(shè)計(jì)方法綜述

【摘要】:海洋平臺的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中主要考慮海洋環(huán)境和工作荷載作用,但近年來事故荷載的影響日益引起設(shè)計(jì)者關(guān)注。在此背景下,以固定式導(dǎo)管架平臺結(jié)構(gòu)為目標(biāo),綜述當(dāng)前針對事故荷載的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)設(shè)計(jì)方法的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。首先論述在事故極限狀態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的必要性;隨后綜述通用規(guī)范,如NORSOK、DNV、API等規(guī)范系列中對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析方法的使用現(xiàn)狀,包括風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策的不同層次、安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的各類形式,重在分析各類規(guī)范相關(guān)規(guī)定的異同,探討各類方法的適用性;最后結(jié)合我國現(xiàn)狀,論述若針對事故荷載編制基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)方法的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,目前尚存的問題,以及解決途徑。
[Abstract]:The marine environment and working load are considered in the structural design of offshore platform, but in recent years, the influence of the accident load has been paid more and more attention by designers. Under this background, aiming at the structure of fixed jacket platform, the present application of risk design method for accident load is reviewed. This paper first discusses the necessity of applying risk analysis in the design of the limit state of accidents, and then summarizes the current situation of the use of risk analysis methods in the general specification series, such as NORSOKN DNVN API, including the different levels of risk decision-making and various forms of safety standards. This paper focuses on analyzing the similarities and differences of the relevant regulations of various kinds of codes and discussing the applicability of various methods. Finally, combined with the present situation of our country, it discusses the existing problems and solutions if the design code based on the risk method is compiled for the accident load.
