關(guān)于醋酸纖維濾膜和聚碳酸酯濾膜測(cè)定營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽和Chl a的對(duì)比

【摘要】:本論文采用聚碳酸酯濾膜(0.4μm)和國(guó)內(nèi)測(cè)定營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽常用的醋酸纖維濾膜(0.45μm)過(guò)濾不同站位海水樣品測(cè)定營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽和Chl a,探究?jī)煞N濾膜之間的區(qū)別。營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽的對(duì)比結(jié)果表明,采用未干燥的醋酸纖維濾膜和聚碳酸酯濾膜過(guò)濾的亞硝酸鹽、銨氮、磷酸鹽和硅酸鹽均不存在顯著性差異,硝酸鹽存在顯著性差異但差別小于2%,因而兩種濾膜均適用于海水溶解態(tài)營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽的過(guò)濾。干燥后的醋酸纖維濾膜過(guò)濾速度慢,且過(guò)濾過(guò)程中會(huì)引入較高的銨氮。Chl a的對(duì)比結(jié)果表明,聚碳酸酯濾膜更加適合Chl a的測(cè)定,醋酸纖維濾膜的截留效率明顯低于聚碳酸酯濾膜,這可能是由于該濾膜無(wú)法完全截留小粒徑的浮游植物。
[Abstract]:In this paper, polycarbonate filter membrane (0.4 渭 m) and cellulose acetate filter membrane (0.45 渭 m), which is commonly used to determine nutrient salt in China, are used to filter the nutrient salt and Chl a in seawater samples at different stations to explore the difference between the two kinds of filter membranes. The results showed that there was no significant difference in nitrite, ammonium nitrogen, phosphate and silicate between undried cellulose acetate filter membrane and polycarbonate filter membrane. There was significant difference in nitrate but the difference was less than 2, so both kinds of filtration membranes were suitable for the filtration of dissolved nutrients in seawater. The results showed that the polycarbonate filter membrane was more suitable for the determination of Chl a. The retention efficiency of the cellulose acetate filter was significantly lower than that of the polycarbonate filter, which may be due to the fact that the membrane could not completely intercept the small size phytoplankton.
