基于云模型的中國海洋強國建設(shè)經(jīng)濟環(huán)境研究
[Abstract]:In the report of the 18th National Congress, the Party put forward for the first time the concept of building a powerful marine country, and made it clear that the development of marine economy is the core of building a powerful marine country. At the same time, the strategic study of ocean power has gradually become a hot topic for many scholars. Therefore, based on the existing research, this paper attempts to study the economic environment of China's marine power construction from a new perspective. A quantitative method of objective evaluation is provided, that is, the fuzziness and randomness of cloud model are used for comprehensive evaluation, and the mutual conversion of qualitative and quantitative concepts is realized effectively. The development level of economic environment in the construction of marine powerful country is evaluated more accurately. First of all, this paper defines the connotation of the strategy of ocean power, and summarizes the current situation of the development of marine power construction at home and abroad. Secondly, the development of the marine economic environment at home and abroad is elaborated in detail. Aiming at the randomness and fuzziness of marine economic environment in the process of development, this paper introduces the cloud model as a comprehensive evaluation method, and establishes the evaluation index system of marine economic environment. The basic meaning and calculation method of each evaluation index are expounded. Thirdly, taking the actual data of each index in 2012 as an example, the weight of evaluation index is determined objectively by using entropy weight method, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out according to the evaluation steps of cloud model. The evaluation grade is established by entropy and hyperentropy. The fuzzy membership matrix and the comprehensive evaluation value of cloud model under different membership degree are determined by using the forward cloud generator, and the index weight set and fuzzy membership matrix are converted. Finally, the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is obtained, and the overall development level of marine economic environment in this year is determined, and the development of marine economic environment in China in the past 10 years is determined by the same method. The evaluation results are analyzed comprehensively. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the evaluation results, the relevant suggestions on the future development of marine economic environment in China are put forward, which can provide a basis for the construction of a powerful marine country.
