中小型低溫多效海水淡化裝置繪圖軟件開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:如今,人口增長(zhǎng)、工業(yè)發(fā)展、污染加劇造成了淡水資源的日益短缺。作為一種可以制造淡水的技術(shù)手段,海水淡化技術(shù)備受關(guān)注。其中的低溫多效蒸餾技術(shù)(LT-MED)因其操作溫度低,裝置組合方式靈活,不易結(jié)垢,可被低品位熱源驅(qū)動(dòng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)成為海水淡化的主流方法之一。本文的研究對(duì)象為熱水驅(qū)動(dòng)的中小型LT-MED系統(tǒng),分析總結(jié)了此類(lèi)系統(tǒng)的工作原理和設(shè)計(jì)方法,提出了水和水蒸氣物性參數(shù)的計(jì)算方法及海水沸點(diǎn)升高公式;谀芰颗c質(zhì)量守恒定律,考慮流動(dòng)阻力損失以及海水物性變化的影響,建立了各換熱設(shè)備的數(shù)值模型,其中包括蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器、預(yù)熱器和閃蒸罐等,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)各參數(shù)的計(jì)算方法并給出了計(jì)算框圖。采用AutoLISP語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)了中小型LT-MED裝置換熱管束排布圖的出圖程序,完成了對(duì)AutoCAD的二次開(kāi)發(fā)。借助LT-MED可視化應(yīng)用軟件可以得出結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),用戶(hù)通過(guò)輸入相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),等待數(shù)秒即可得到計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)繪出的工程圖,使工作量最小化。編寫(xiě)程序時(shí),根據(jù)不同的圖層將程序模塊化,每一模塊又包含了四個(gè)視圖,分別進(jìn)行編譯,然后整合。工程圖的尺寸和構(gòu)造由程序讀取的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)決定,可以滿(mǎn)足大部分中小型多效蒸餾裝置的設(shè)計(jì)。生成的工程圖支持用戶(hù)對(duì)其繼續(xù)操作,便于用戶(hù)進(jìn)行后續(xù)的查閱及修改。為了使用戶(hù)更容易理解中小型LT-MED裝置設(shè)計(jì)流程,本文以柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組廢熱驅(qū)動(dòng)的MED系統(tǒng)為例,展示了從設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)到生成換熱管束排布圖的整個(gè)過(guò)程。說(shuō)明了設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)和軟件應(yīng)用范圍。
[Abstract]:Today, population growth, industrial development, and increased pollution have led to a growing shortage of fresh water resources. Seawater desalination has attracted much attention as a means of producing fresh water. Low temperature multieffect distillation (LT-MED) has become one of the main methods of seawater desalination because of its low operating temperature, flexible unit combination, easy scaling and can be driven by low grade heat source. The research object of this paper is a small and medium sized LT-MED system driven by hot water. The working principle and design method of this kind of system are analyzed and summarized. The calculation method of the physical parameters of water and steam and the formula of rising boiling point of seawater are put forward. Based on the law of conservation of energy and mass, considering the influence of the loss of flow resistance and the physical properties of seawater, the numerical models of each heat exchanger are established, including evaporator, condenser, preheater and flash tank. The calculation method of each parameter of the system is designed and the calculation block diagram is given. The program of layout diagram of heat exchanger bundles of medium and small LT-MED plant was compiled by AutoLISP language, and the secondary development of AutoCAD was completed. With the help of the LT-MED visual application software, the structure parameters can be obtained. The user can get the engineering drawing automatically drawn by the computer for a few seconds by inputting the related structural parameters, so that the workload is minimized. When the program is written, the program is modularized according to different layers. Each module contains four views, which are compiled and then integrated. The size and construction of the drawings are determined by the structural parameters read by the program, which can satisfy the design of most small and medium-sized multi-effect distillation units. The generated drawings support the user to continue to operate, facilitate the user to follow up and modify. In order to make it easier for users to understand the design process of small and medium sized LT-MED devices, this paper takes the MED system driven by waste heat of diesel generating units as an example, and shows the whole process from the design system parameters to the generation of arrangement diagram of heat transfer tube bundles. The points for attention and the application scope of the software are explained.
