萊州灣-龍口灣表層沉積物有機(jī)質(zhì)特征及來源分析

【摘要】:通過對萊州灣-龍口灣表層沉積物樣品中總有機(jī)碳(TOC)、總氮(TN)、有機(jī)碳與總氮的比值(C/N)、穩(wěn)定碳氮同位素(δ13C、δ15N)生物地球化學(xué)指標(biāo)的測定,分析了該區(qū)域沉積物中有機(jī)質(zhì)的特征和來源.結(jié)果顯示,萊州灣表層沉積物中TOC含量為0.47%±0.40%,龍口灣TOC含量為0.82%±0.37%,TN含量相差不大,因此龍口灣沉積物有機(jī)質(zhì)相對含量高于萊州灣.港口的建設(shè)使龍口灣內(nèi)水體流速減慢,加上龍口灣入海河流較少,使得龍口灣沉積物平均粒徑(19.40μm)遠(yuǎn)低于萊州灣(43.89μm),比較容易吸附有機(jī)質(zhì).萊州灣沉積物中δ13C值為-24.96‰—21.46‰,平均值為-23.63‰;龍口灣表層沉積物中δ13C值為-23.02‰—22.39‰,平均值為-22.73‰.由此看來,萊州灣沉積物中有機(jī)質(zhì)主要來源于陸生C3植物和藻類,而龍口灣有機(jī)質(zhì)大部分來源于藻類,少數(shù)來自陸生C3植物.根據(jù)經(jīng)典的二元模式計算,龍口灣陸源有機(jī)質(zhì)的貢獻(xiàn)比例范圍為23.15%—33.67%,平均值為28.84%,萊州灣陸源貢獻(xiàn)比例范圍為7.65%—65.97%,平均值為43.75%.萊州灣沿岸有眾多河流入海,尤其是含沙量最多的黃河,給灣內(nèi)帶來大量的陸上有機(jī)質(zhì),而龍口灣入海河流較少,沉積物中的陸上有機(jī)質(zhì)較少.
