波浪載荷下自升式平臺升降系統(tǒng)高速軸的疲勞分析

【摘要】:高速軸是自升式鉆井平臺升降系統(tǒng)輸入端的重要傳動件,其設計優(yōu)劣對于整個結構的安全性和可靠性具有重要意義。針對實際項目研發(fā)中的高速軸,在ANSYS中建立有限元分析模型,對其進行靜強度計算,找出可能發(fā)生疲勞破壞的危險點,并利用ANSYS中的疲勞分析模塊對危險點進行疲勞分析。計算結果表明,高速軸的疲勞壽命滿足使用要求。
[Abstract]:The high speed shaft is an important driving part in the input end of the lifting system of the jack-up drilling platform, and its design is of great significance for the safety and reliability of the whole structure. In view of the high-speed shaft in the development of the actual project, the finite element analysis model is established in ANSYS, the static strength is calculated, and the dangerous point of fatigue failure is found out, and the fatigue analysis module of ANSYS is used to analyze the dangerous point. The calculation results show that the fatigue life of the high speed shaft meets the requirement of application.
