梯級離心泵反滲透海水淡化系統(tǒng)分析

【摘要】:提出了梯級離心泵的概念,設(shè)計了梯級加壓海水淡化的反滲透系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),給出了利用梯級離心泵的均衡系統(tǒng)通量工藝,表述了系統(tǒng)各部分的數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了系統(tǒng)的運行工況,討論了系統(tǒng)在變溫度、變鹽量、變通量、變收率及變污染等條件下的運行參數(shù),證明了梯級離心泵系統(tǒng)具有提高通量均衡度與降低透鹽率兩方面的功效.
[Abstract]:The concept of cascade centrifugal pump is put forward, the reverse osmosis system structure of cascade pressurized seawater desalination system is designed, the system flux equalization process using cascade centrifugal pump is given, the mathematical model of each part of the system is described, and the operating condition of the system is analyzed. The operating parameters of the system under the conditions of variable temperature, varying salt quantity, variable yield and variable pollution are discussed. It is proved that the cascade centrifugal pump system can improve the flux equilibrium degree and reduce the salt permeability.
