淺水柔性立管線型設(shè)計(jì)與順應(yīng)性研究

【摘要】:海洋柔性立管承擔(dān)著連接浮式平臺(tái)與水下生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的功能裝備,是海洋油氣開(kāi)發(fā)的關(guān)鍵裝備之一。隨著浮式開(kāi)發(fā)模式的日趨成熟,海洋柔性立管的使用越來(lái)越多,占立管的比例也越來(lái)越高。同時(shí)由于浮式開(kāi)發(fā)模式的優(yōu)越性,在淺水油氣開(kāi)發(fā)中也有非常好的應(yīng)用前景。然而柔性立管在淺水應(yīng)用面臨著環(huán)境荷載影響顯著、浮體運(yùn)動(dòng)相對(duì)劇烈等因素,使得淺水柔性立管線型設(shè)計(jì)非常困難,從而制約著柔性管纜在淺水的應(yīng)用,因此,解決淺水立管線型設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題迫在眉睫。本文研究工作屬于國(guó)家863專項(xiàng)課題“柔性海底管道關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”(2012AA09A212)的一部分。本文首先對(duì)柔性立管線型的設(shè)計(jì)與分析方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的調(diào)研和總結(jié),并以此為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)周期長(zhǎng)、效率低下等不足,發(fā)展了更為高效的線型參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)方法;并以此為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合淺水線型近遠(yuǎn)位的失效模式,對(duì)該方法的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的參數(shù)分析,充分研究線型參數(shù)跟柔性管纜失效模式之間的關(guān)系,得到失效模式對(duì)應(yīng)的性能曲線,對(duì)線型設(shè)計(jì)的參數(shù)取值空間進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,搭建立管線型設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)淺水線型的快速設(shè)計(jì);最后結(jié)合將本文提出的設(shè)計(jì)方法用于某淺水單點(diǎn)系泊系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)分析,快速得到了適用的立管線型。本文的工作將為淺水柔性立管的緩波線型的工程設(shè)計(jì)提供一條高效的技術(shù)路線,對(duì)立管、纜這類(lèi)順應(yīng)性結(jié)構(gòu)的性能的研究提供有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:Marine flexible riser is one of the key equipments for offshore oil and gas development, which is responsible for connecting floating platform with underwater production equipment. With the development of floating development mode, more and more flexible risers are used and the proportion of risers is increasing. At the same time, because of the superiority of floating development mode, it also has a very good application prospect in shallow water oil and gas development. However, the application of flexible riser in shallow water is faced with significant influence of environmental load and relatively violent movement of floating body, which makes the design of flexible riser in shallow water very difficult, which restricts the application of flexible pipe cable in shallow water. It is urgent to solve the design problem of shallow water vertical pipeline. The research work in this paper is a part of the national 863 project, "Research on key Technologies of flexible Submarine Pipeline" (2012AA09A212). In this paper, the design and analysis methods of flexible vertical pipeline type are investigated and summarized in detail, and based on this, a more efficient design method of linear parameters is developed in view of the shortcomings of the existing design methods, such as long design period and low efficiency. On the basis of this, the design parameters of the method are analyzed in detail, and the relationship between the linear parameters and the failure mode of flexible pipe cable is fully studied, combined with the near distant failure mode of the shallow water line type, and the design parameters of the method are analyzed in detail. The corresponding performance curve of the failure mode is obtained, the parameter value space of the linear design is planned, the pipeline design platform is set up, and the quick design of the shallow water line is realized. Finally, the design method proposed in this paper is applied to the design and analysis of a shallow water single point mooring system, and a suitable vertical pipeline type is obtained quickly. The work in this paper will provide a highly efficient technical route for the engineering design of slow wave line of shallow water flexible riser, and provide a valuable reference for the study of the performance of compliant structures such as pipes and cables.
