【摘要】:能源是人類社會進(jìn)步與發(fā)展的重要資源。隨著海洋油氣資源的開采不斷地向深海推進(jìn),相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的采油平臺技術(shù)也越來越受到人們的重視。半潛式平臺因其可變荷載大、抗風(fēng)能力強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)水深范圍廣等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而在世界范圍內(nèi)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。因而如何通過對半潛式浮式平臺及其系泊系統(tǒng)全面的水動力性能分析和平臺結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的計算,為平臺的設(shè)計優(yōu)化提供一定的參考,提高其運(yùn)行可靠性就具有了重要的意義。 本文選取—小型半潛式試驗(yàn)平臺為研究對象,對其水動力特性和結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了分析研究。論文主要工作包括以下幾個方面 (1)、半潛式試驗(yàn)平臺詳細(xì)介紹 作為國內(nèi)首艘僅用于科學(xué)試驗(yàn)的小型半潛式試驗(yàn)平臺,本文對其總的設(shè)計方案、基本布置、工程環(huán)境等情況做了詳細(xì)的介紹。 (2)、平臺及其系泊系統(tǒng)水動力性能分析 利用ANSYS-AQWA軟件,根據(jù)三維勢流理論對該半潛式試驗(yàn)平臺進(jìn)行頻域計算,得到平臺在各個頻率和浪向下的運(yùn)動響應(yīng)幅值算子(RAO);并對試驗(yàn)平臺及其系泊系統(tǒng)在風(fēng)浪流環(huán)境作用下的水動力性能進(jìn)行時域耦合數(shù)值模擬,選取的海洋環(huán)境包括平臺作業(yè)海況和自存海況,通過模擬得到試驗(yàn)平臺在特定海洋環(huán)境條件下的六自由度運(yùn)動以及錨鏈的受力和錨體是否會發(fā)生走錨等情況。 同時,在原試驗(yàn)平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,通過參數(shù)的變化,研究平臺主體重心高度的改變所引起的平臺運(yùn)動響應(yīng)的變化規(guī)律。 (3)、平臺整體有限元強(qiáng)度分析 采用ANSYS有限元分析模塊建立本試驗(yàn)平臺的整體模型,對其在多種工況下的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行整體分析,給出了本試驗(yàn)平臺在結(jié)構(gòu)方面較薄弱的部分,驗(yàn)證了平臺結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的安全及合理性。 (4)、平臺建造安裝分析 介紹了整個試驗(yàn)平臺的建造方法及拋錨至海域的過程,可為相關(guān)工程人員和高校在校生提供實(shí)際工程借鑒。 本文圍繞我國第一艘僅用于科學(xué)試驗(yàn)的半潛式海洋平臺,對平臺及其系泊系統(tǒng)的水動力特性和錨鏈情況進(jìn)行了全面的分析,研究了半潛式試驗(yàn)平臺整體結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度情況,并重點(diǎn)介紹了平臺建造方法和拋錨過程,研究內(nèi)容可為類似平臺的設(shè)計、選型和優(yōu)化提供參考,并為相關(guān)人員提供實(shí)際工程建造安裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Energy is an important resource for the progress and development of human society. With the development of offshore oil and gas resources, more and more attention has been paid to the platform technology in related fields. Semi-submersible platform has been widely used in the world because of its large variable load, strong wind resistance and wide range of water depth. So how to analyze the hydrodynamic performance of the semi-submersible floating platform and its mooring system and calculate the structural strength of the platform can provide a certain reference for the platform design optimization and improve the reliability of the platform. In this paper, the hydrodynamic characteristics and structural strength of a small semi-submersible test platform are studied. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: (1) the semi-submersible test platform is introduced in detail as the first small semi-submersible test platform which is only used for scientific test in China. The hydrodynamic performance of the platform and its mooring system is analyzed by using ANSYS-AQWA software. According to the three-dimensional potential flow theory, the frequency domain calculation of the semi-submersible test platform is carried out. The amplitude operator (Rao) of motion response of the platform at various frequencies and waves down is obtained, and the hydrodynamic performance of the test platform and its mooring system under wind and wave environment is simulated numerically in time domain. The selected marine environment includes the operating sea conditions and self-stored sea conditions of the platform. The motion of six degrees of freedom of the test platform under the specific marine environment conditions and the force of the anchor chain and whether the anchor body will take place are obtained by simulation. At the same time, on the basis of the original test platform, through the change of parameters, The dynamic response of the platform caused by the change of the height of the center of gravity of the platform is studied. (3) the finite element strength analysis of the whole platform is carried out by using ANSYS finite element analysis module to establish the whole model of the test platform. The structural strength of the platform under various working conditions is analyzed as a whole, and the weak part of the test platform in structure is given. The safety and rationality of the platform structure design are verified. (4) the construction method of the whole test platform and the process of dropping anchor to sea area are introduced. It can provide practical engineering reference for related engineers and college students. In this paper, the hydrodynamic characteristics of the first semi-submersible offshore platform and its mooring system are comprehensively analyzed, and the overall structural strength of the semi-submersible test platform is studied. The method of platform construction and the process of anchoring are emphatically introduced. The research contents can provide reference for the design, selection and optimization of similar platforms, and provide practical engineering construction and installation experience for relevant personnel.
