自然通風海水冷卻塔飄滴的環(huán)境影響監(jiān)測研究

【摘要】:對某廠自然通風海水冷卻塔引起的鹽沉積進行了4次現場監(jiān)測。結果表明,鹽沉積量與風向和風頻密切相關,鹽沉積量最大值出現在主導風下風處,鹽沉積量在主導風向隨距離增大然后持續(xù)衰減。鹽沉積量廠內監(jiān)測最大值為10.4 g/(m2·月),廠外監(jiān)測最大值為1.46 g/(m2·月),超過相關規(guī)定值,需要對海水冷卻塔飄水率進行控制。
[Abstract]:The salt deposition caused by natural ventilation seawater cooling tower in a factory was monitored for 4 times. The results show that the amount of salt deposition is closely related to wind direction and wind frequency. The maximum amount of salt deposition appears in the wind under the dominant wind, and the salt deposition increases with the distance and then continues to decay. The maximum value of salt deposition is 10.4 g / (m ~ 2 / m ~ 2) in plant and 1.46 g / (m ~ 2 / m ~ 2) outside the plant, which exceeds the relevant value, so the floating rate of seawater cooling tower should be controlled.
