一株芽孢桿菌產(chǎn)生物絮凝劑去除赤潮微藻的研究

【摘要】:以赤潮微藻米氏凱倫藻(Karenia mikimotoi)和塔瑪亞歷山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense)為受試對(duì)象,對(duì)一株芽孢桿菌WZ01所產(chǎn)的生物絮凝劑去除赤潮微藻的性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:芽孢桿菌WZ01所產(chǎn)生物絮凝劑對(duì)人工培養(yǎng)的米氏凱倫藻和塔瑪亞歷山大藻藻液均有去除能力,適宜的絮凝劑質(zhì)量濃度為40.0~60.0 mg/L,絮凝時(shí)間為90~120 min,pH=7.5~8.5,在20~40℃范圍內(nèi)生物絮凝劑對(duì)2種微藻的絮凝率無顯著區(qū)別;Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+)濃度對(duì)生物絮凝劑去除2種微藻有一定影響,適宜濃度為4.0~6.0 mmol/L;適宜條件下生物絮凝劑對(duì)人工培養(yǎng)的米氏凱倫藻和塔瑪亞歷山大藻藻液的絮凝率均超過80.0%。研究表明,芽孢桿菌WZ01所產(chǎn)的生物絮凝劑在去除赤潮微藻方面有應(yīng)用潛力。
[Abstract]:Using Karenia mikimotoi) and Alexandrium tamarense (Alexandrium tamarense), a strain of Bacillus sp. WZ01, to remove microalgae from red tide was studied. The results showed that the flocculant produced by Bacillus sp. WZ01 had the ability to remove both Karen's and Alexandrium mirabilis algae solution. The optimum mass concentration of flocculant was 40.0 mg / L, and the flocculant time was 90 ~ 120 min, pH = 7.5 ~ 8.5.
