余熱驅(qū)動(dòng)低溫蒸餾海水淡化系統(tǒng)工藝流程及性能分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)以商品蒸汽作為熱源的傳統(tǒng)蒸餾法海水淡化造水成本較高的問題,結(jié)合沿海鋼鐵、石化等企業(yè)大量的余熱無法找到合適利用途徑的現(xiàn)狀,提出余熱驅(qū)動(dòng)低溫蒸餾工藝,最大限度地利用低品位余熱,避免能源浪費(fèi)及環(huán)境污染。文中提出兩種利用工業(yè)低品位熱水生產(chǎn)淡水的海水淡化工藝配置流程,通過建立海水淡化系統(tǒng)熱力學(xué)模型,以淡水產(chǎn)量10000 m~3/d為例,比較造水比、傳熱面積等系統(tǒng)性能參數(shù),分析廢熱水給水溫度、回水溫度、廢熱水流量對(duì)海水淡化產(chǎn)水量的影響。為利用低品位能源如太陽能、鋼鐵、石化行業(yè)廢熱水等過程余熱進(jìn)行海水淡化提供設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)和理論支撐。
[Abstract]:In view of the high cost of seawater desalination with commercial steam as heat source, combined with the large amount of residual heat in coastal steel and petrochemical enterprises, the paper puts forward the low temperature distillation technology driven by waste heat. Maximize the use of low-grade waste heat to avoid energy waste and environmental pollution. In this paper, two kinds of desalination processes for the production of fresh water from industrial low-grade hot water are presented. By establishing the thermodynamic model of seawater desalination system, taking the fresh water output of 10000 mm3 / d as an example, the system performance parameters such as water ratio, heat transfer area and so on are compared. The influence of waste hot water supply temperature, backwater temperature and waste hot water flow on seawater desalination water production is analyzed. It provides the design data basis and theoretical support for seawater desalination using low-grade energy such as solar energy, iron and steel, petrochemical industry waste hot water and other process waste heat.
