【摘要】：針對海洋浮標的波高觀測數(shù)據(jù),通過結(jié)合格拉布斯準則(Grubbs)、局地異常值檢驗方法和波高觀測誤差控制建立了一種實用的數(shù)據(jù)異常值質(zhì)控方法并對波高觀測異常值進行了質(zhì)控效果檢驗。結(jié)果表明,該質(zhì)控方法由于加入了波高觀測誤差控制,從而避免了將大量正常數(shù)據(jù)誤判為異常數(shù)據(jù),異常數(shù)據(jù)判斷的準確率達到了較高水準。另外該方法也可以作為一種實用質(zhì)控方法推廣使用于其他海洋浮標觀測要素。
[Abstract]:For wave height observations of ocean buoys, A practical method of data outliers quality control is established by combining Grubbsn criterion, local outliers test method and wave height observation error control method, and the quality control effect of the observed outliers of wave height is tested. The results show that the quality control method can avoid a large number of normal data being misjudged as abnormal data because of the addition of wave-height observation error control, and the accuracy of abnormal data judgment reaches a higher level. In addition, this method can also be used as a practical quality control method for other ocean buoy observation elements.
