【摘要】：英國(guó)在潮汐能、波浪能等海洋能源領(lǐng)域具有優(yōu)勢(shì),這是其在全球進(jìn)行海洋能源產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的基礎(chǔ);英國(guó)海洋能源產(chǎn)業(yè)全球布局反過(guò)來(lái)也有助于維持英國(guó)海洋能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。為此,英國(guó)同法國(guó)等歐洲國(guó)家及環(huán)太平洋國(guó)家開(kāi)展海洋能源合作,英國(guó)同中國(guó)的海洋能源合作則是英國(guó)海洋能源產(chǎn)業(yè)全球布局中的重要一環(huán)。中英海洋能源合作不僅源于英國(guó)的主動(dòng),也源于我國(guó)發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)、建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國(guó)、推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)的多重訴求。今后,我國(guó)要加快制定海洋能源國(guó)際合作戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,重視參加多邊主義框架下的海洋能源國(guó)際合作機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)海洋能源人才儲(chǔ)備和信息服務(wù),提高海洋能源自主創(chuàng)新能力,以此增進(jìn)中英海洋能源合作。

In the future, our country should to speed up the development of marine energy international cooperation We should make strategic planning, attach importance to the international cooperation mechanism of marine energy under the framework of multilateralism, strengthen the reserve of marine energy talents and information services, and improve the independent innovation ability of marine energy, so as to enhance the cooperation between China and the UK.
