深海設(shè)備回收無線信標(biāo)機研制

【摘要】:當(dāng)前世界處于高速發(fā)展時期,隨之而來的是人類對資源的大量消耗,陸地上的可再生資源已經(jīng)越來越少,而占據(jù)地球表面百分之七十左右的海洋則擁有極其豐富的資源,比如化學(xué)能、波浪能以及濱海、深海海底蘊藏的礦產(chǎn)資源等等。開發(fā)海洋資源已經(jīng)是世界各國的共同選擇,但必須看到開發(fā)海洋資源的巨大難度,對海洋環(huán)境的了解程度決定了對海洋資源開發(fā)的難度。信標(biāo)機作為一種用于輔助收回監(jiān)測海洋環(huán)境的潛標(biāo)系統(tǒng)等的設(shè)備越來越受到重視,它可使設(shè)備的收回更加高效、方便。 本文針對信標(biāo)機的功能特性,設(shè)計了兩套不同工作方式、不同功能特點的信標(biāo)機系統(tǒng),旨在根據(jù)不同的使用環(huán)境,,不同的使用要求,應(yīng)用不同的信標(biāo)機,來提高潛標(biāo)系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備的收回效率,從而推動海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)測技術(shù)的發(fā)展。兩套不同工作方式的信標(biāo)機分別是:高亮LED指示與無線測向方式同時具備的信標(biāo)機以及高亮LED指示與銥星通訊(GPS定位)方式同時具備的信標(biāo)機。本文主要對以下幾部分做了詳細(xì)介紹: 首先,本文分析了國內(nèi)外信標(biāo)機產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及趨勢,針對信標(biāo)機工作的特殊海洋環(huán)境,提出了兩種不同工作方式、功能特點的信標(biāo)機系統(tǒng),并大致闡述了主要的研究內(nèi)容。 其次,通過分析國外相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的性能特點,提出了課題設(shè)計信標(biāo)機系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo),并給出了系統(tǒng)的總體方案以及課題設(shè)計的主要特點;針對系統(tǒng)中用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)做了詳細(xì)介紹,同時給出了關(guān)鍵模塊的選型。 再次,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體硬件、軟件設(shè)計框圖。硬件設(shè)計部分,針對重要的硬件模塊電路:STM32主控制器電路、電源電路、XBee模塊電路、銥星模塊電路、GPS模塊電路、液晶模塊驅(qū)動電路、信號強度指示電路等給出了詳細(xì)介紹,同時給出了系統(tǒng)的密封技術(shù)以及耐壓倉底部開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。軟件設(shè)計部分,同樣針對重要的功能模塊:銥星模塊通訊、XBee模塊通訊、GPS模塊通訊、液晶驅(qū)動以及系統(tǒng)軟件低功耗等設(shè)計給出了詳細(xì)的程序流程圖與具體實現(xiàn)方法。 最后,從硬件、軟件兩部分對系統(tǒng)進行了調(diào)試,并在實驗室環(huán)境下,整體測試了系統(tǒng)的功能,驗證了本論文設(shè)計的信標(biāo)機系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了最初設(shè)計的要求,同時總結(jié)了課題設(shè)計,給出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的不足之處與接下來可以改善的地方。
[Abstract]:The world is in a period of rapid development, followed by a large amount of human consumption of resources, renewable resources on land has become less and less, and the oceans occupying about 70% of the earth's surface have extremely rich resources. Such as chemical energy, wave energy and coastal, deep seabed mineral resources and so on. The exploitation of marine resources has been the common choice of all countries in the world, but it must be seen that it is very difficult to develop marine resources, and the degree of understanding of marine environment determines the difficulty of exploitation of marine resources. As a kind of equipment which can be used to retract and monitor the marine environment, beacons have attracted more and more attention. It can make the recovery of the equipment more efficient and convenient. According to the function characteristic of beacon machine, this paper designs two sets of beacon machine system with different working mode and different function characteristic, aiming to apply different beacon machine according to different use environment and different use requirement. To improve the recovery efficiency of submarkage system and other equipment, and promote the development of marine environmental monitoring technology. The two sets of beacons with different working modes are the beacons with both highlight LED indication and wireless direction-finding mode, and the beacons with high-light LED indication and Iridium satellite communication GPS positioning mode at the same time. This paper mainly introduces the following parts in detail: firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of the research and development of beacons at home and abroad, and puts forward two different working methods aiming at the special marine environment of beacons. Function characteristic of beacon machine system, and described the main research content. Secondly, by analyzing the performance characteristics of foreign related products, the performance index of the beacons system is put forward, and the overall scheme of the system and the main features of the subject design are given. The key technologies used in the system are introduced in detail, and the selection of key modules is also given. Thirdly, the overall hardware and software design block diagram of the system is given. In the hardware design part, the main controller circuit of the important hardware module: 1: STM32, the power supply circuit and XBee module circuit, the Iridium module circuit and GPS module circuit, the liquid crystal module driving circuit, the signal intensity indicating circuit and so on, are introduced in detail. At the same time, the sealing technology of the system and the structure design of the bottom switch of the pressure tank are given. In the part of software design, the detailed program flow chart and realization method are also given for the important function modules: Iridium module communication, XBee module communication, GPS module communication, liquid crystal drive and low power consumption of system software. Finally, the system is debugged from the hardware and software, and the function of the system is tested in the laboratory environment. It is verified that the beacon system designed in this paper has reached the requirements of the original design, and summed up the design of the subject. The deficiency of the system design and the place that can be improved in the following are given.
