海水養(yǎng)殖池沉積物中重金屬形態(tài)和生物酶活性的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:以連云港市對蝦養(yǎng)殖池表層沉積物為研究對象,采用Tessier連續(xù)萃取法,研究了表層沉積物中重金屬(Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Mn)的賦存形態(tài)和酶(脲酶、堿性磷酸酶、過氧化氫酶、轉(zhuǎn)化酶)活性的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明,重金屬Cu和Zn以有機-硫化物結(jié)合態(tài)為主要的賦存形態(tài),Pb以鐵錳氧化物態(tài)為主要的賦存形態(tài),Cd以可交換態(tài)(平均33.47%)和碳酸鹽結(jié)合態(tài)(平均31.16%)為主要存在形態(tài),Cr和As主要以殘渣態(tài)存在,Mn的鐵錳氧化物態(tài)比例最高。脲酶的活性范圍為0.45—8.96mg/(g·24h),堿性磷酸酶活性范圍為2.45—6.69mg/(g·24h),過氧化氫酶活性范圍為0.14—2.36m L/(g·min),轉(zhuǎn)化酶活性范圍為0.45—10.45mg/(g·24h)。脲酶活性與Cd、As的可交換態(tài)、Cd的碳酸鹽結(jié)合態(tài)、Cu、As的鐵錳氧化物態(tài)、Zn、Pb、Cd、Mn的有機硫化物態(tài)之間顯著相關(guān);堿性磷酸酶活性與Zn、Cd的鐵錳氧化物態(tài)顯著相關(guān);過氧化氫酶活性與Cd的可交換態(tài)、碳酸鹽結(jié)合態(tài)及殘渣態(tài)、Cu、Cd、As的鐵錳氧化物態(tài)、Zn、Pb、Cd、Mn的有機硫結(jié)合態(tài)之間顯著相關(guān);轉(zhuǎn)化酶活性與Cu、Cd、As的可交換態(tài)、Cd的碳酸鹽結(jié)合態(tài)、Cu、Cd、As的鐵錳氧化物態(tài)、Zn、Pb、Cd、Mn的有機硫化物態(tài)、Cd、As的殘渣態(tài)之間顯著相關(guān)。酶活性可以用來指示海水養(yǎng)殖池沉積物中重金屬的形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化過程。
[Abstract]:Taking the surface sediments of shrimp culture ponds in Lianyungang city as the research object, Tessier continuous extraction method was used to study the correlation between the occurrence forms of the heavy metal (Cuznznzn PbPbCdcCrCrAsMnMn) and the activities of urease, alkaline phosphatase, catalase and invertase in the surface sediments of Penaeus penaeus cultured in Lianyungang city. The results show that The main forms of heavy metals Cu and Zn are organic-sulfide-bound forms. The main forms of Pb are iron and manganese oxides. The main forms of CD are exchangeable (33.47) and carbonate bound (31.16). The ratio of iron and manganese oxides with residual mn is the highest. The range of urease activity was 0.45-8.96mg/(g 24 h, alkaline phosphatase activity was 2.45-6.69mg/(g 24 h, catalase activity range was 0.14-2.36 mL / min, invertase activity range was 0.45-10.45mg/(g 24 h. There is a significant correlation between urease activity and the ferromanganese oxide state of the exchangeable cadmium carbonate bound Cucas, the organic sulphide state of Zn PbPbCD CD, the activity of alkaline phosphatase and the ferromanganese oxide state of Zn + CD, and the relation between the activity of urease and the organic sulphide state of Zn ~ (2 +) Pb ~ (2 +) CD ~ (2 +). The activity of catalase is significantly correlated with the exchangeable state of CD, the carbonate-bound state and the Fe-Mn oxide state of the residual form of CuPbCdOAs. There is a significant correlation between invertase activity and the residual state of Cu ~ (2 +) / CD ~ (2 +) / Cu ~ (2 +) / CD ~ (2 +) / Cu ~ (2 +) / CD ~ (2 +) / Cu ~ (2 +) / Cu ~ (2 +) / Cu ~ (2 +) / Cu ~ (2 +) / Cu ~ (2 +) ~ (2 Enzyme activity can be used to indicate the transformation process of heavy metals in the sediments of mariculture ponds.
