卷式膜元件反滲透脫硼海水淡化系統(tǒng)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:對卷式膜元件反滲透脫硼海水淡化網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化。采用不可逆熱力學(xué)模型描述鹽和硼的跨膜傳質(zhì)過程,加入系統(tǒng)流量約束保障反滲透系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行。采用增強(qiáng)型ε-約束算法對多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行求解,引入模糊決策法在Pareto非劣解中篩選優(yōu)化折中解。對于特定的裝置參數(shù),優(yōu)化方案均采用二級(jí)反滲透系統(tǒng),反滲透方案的成本在0.72~0.97$/m~3、能耗在3.09~3.96 k W h/m~3。隨著成本的降低,系統(tǒng)回收率呈增加趨勢,一級(jí)反滲透的壓力容器個(gè)數(shù)逐漸降低,操作壓力和壓力容器內(nèi)產(chǎn)水通量逐漸增加,而二級(jí)反滲透上述參數(shù)變化不大,進(jìn)水p H保持在10.4~11.0以保證系統(tǒng)脫硼率。通過成本構(gòu)成分析可知,將第1級(jí)反滲透平均通量控制在14.0 L/(m~3·h)時(shí)在經(jīng)濟(jì)與能耗上較為均衡。
[Abstract]:The multi-objective optimization of the reel membrane element reverse osmosis desalination seawater desalination network system was carried out. The irreversible thermodynamic model is used to describe the mass transfer process of salt and boron, and the flow constraints are added to ensure the safe operation of the reverse osmosis system. The enhanced 蔚 -constraint algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem, and the fuzzy decision method is introduced to select the optimal compromise solution in the Pareto non-inferior solution. For the specific equipment parameters, the optimized scheme adopts the two-stage reverse osmosis system. The cost of the reverse osmosis scheme is 0.97 / mm3, and the energy consumption is 3.09 ~ 3.96 kh / m ~ (-1). With the decrease of cost, the recovery rate of the system increases, the number of pressure vessels of first order reverse osmosis decreases gradually, the operating pressure and water flux in pressure vessels increase gradually, but the above parameters of secondary reverse osmosis do not change much. The influent pH was maintained at 10.4 ~ 11.0 to ensure the deborization rate of the system. The cost composition analysis shows that the economy and energy consumption are more balanced when the average flux of the first stage reverse osmosis is controlled at 14.0 L / m ~ (-1) h.
