誘導結晶法抑制蒸發(fā)沉積垢的研究與應用

【摘要】:闡述了晶種阻垢法的工作原理,從晶種類型、晶種投加含量、料液過飽和度3個方面歸納了誘導晶種對結垢過程的影響規(guī)律,總結了操作溫度、pH等對誘導結晶過程的影響,誘導晶種是該工藝過程的關鍵部分,對阻垢效果起決定性作用。介紹了誘導結晶阻垢工藝技術的開發(fā)應用狀況。針對海水、高鹽廢水、工業(yè)廢水等處理對象的具體水質條件,開發(fā)針對性的晶種阻垢工藝,并優(yōu)選晶種材料、投加含量、料液pH等工藝參數(shù)是晶種阻垢工藝研究的重要方向。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the working principle of the scale inhibition method of crystal seed, sums up the influence law of induced seed on the scaling process from three aspects: seed type, seed adding content and supersaturation of feed liquid, and summarizes the effect of operation temperature and pH on the induced crystallization process. Seed induction is a key part of the process and plays a decisive role in scale inhibition. The development and application of induced crystallization scale inhibition technology are introduced. In view of the specific water quality conditions of seawater, high-salt wastewater and industrial wastewater, it is an important direction to study the scale inhibition process of crystal seed by developing a targeted scale inhibition technology of crystal seed, and selecting the crystal seed material, adding content, pH of feed liquid and so on.
