【摘要】:海洋平臺(tái)綜合信息系統(tǒng)是實(shí)施綜合監(jiān)控、系統(tǒng)操控、信息管理和平臺(tái)安全監(jiān)管的集成系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)將分散設(shè)備的有關(guān)監(jiān)控、操控等功能進(jìn)行集成,構(gòu)建一個(gè)高度信息化、自動(dòng)化的集成系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)操控和管理自動(dòng)化。針對(duì)海洋平臺(tái)綜合信息系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開展研究,能夠增強(qiáng)海洋平臺(tái)自動(dòng)化與信息化程度,提高海洋平臺(tái)生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性。本文圍繞海洋平臺(tái)綜合信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)一體化、分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫等若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和工作如下:1、從平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)的層面,分析海洋平臺(tái)綜合信息系統(tǒng)的基本功能、組成要素、信息流程、連接方式、層次規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,建立了海洋平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的三維系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)即信息體系結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)體系結(jié)構(gòu)。信息體系結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)平臺(tái)各類信息做出歸類,明確信息流向,給出信息流程。系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)將信息體系結(jié)構(gòu)定義的任務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)換為一系列系統(tǒng)功能模塊,并對(duì)模塊與模塊之間的連接方式做出界定;技術(shù)體系結(jié)構(gòu)定義系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)遵循的最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和約定。提出了海洋平臺(tái)綜合信息系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu),為系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論框架。2、研究了平臺(tái)一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù),分析比較了幾種典型的平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),完成了基于Auto Net鉆井平臺(tái)一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)軟硬件組成、冗余性設(shè)計(jì)和可靠性設(shè)計(jì)。3、設(shè)計(jì)了基于Auto Net的鉆井平臺(tái)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò),首先給出了控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),然后以鉆井平臺(tái)動(dòng)力定位子系統(tǒng)為例進(jìn)行了區(qū)域節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)和PPC模塊設(shè)計(jì),并設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控功能模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了動(dòng)力定位系統(tǒng)中推力系統(tǒng)和動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控。4、研究了分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了鉆井平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)、服務(wù)器數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫概念模型、數(shù)據(jù)庫功能模塊關(guān)系視圖等,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉆井平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)各分系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)信息的共享、監(jiān)控與管理。
[Abstract]:The integrated information system of offshore platform is an integrated system for the implementation of integrated monitoring, system manipulation, information management and platform security supervision. The system integrates the monitoring and controlling functions of the decentralized equipment, and constructs a highly information and automation integrated system to realize the automation of platform control and management. The research on the key technologies of offshore platform integrated information system can enhance the degree of automation and information of offshore platform and improve the economy and safety of offshore platform production. In this paper, some key technologies in the design of offshore platform integrated information system, such as architecture, network integration, distributed database and so on, are deeply studied. The main research contents and work are as follows: 1, from the level of the overall design of the platform system, This paper analyzes the basic function, component elements, information flow, connection mode, hierarchical planning and design specification of offshore platform integrated information system, and establishes the three-dimensional system architecture of offshore platform system, that is, information system structure. System architecture and technical architecture. The information architecture classifies all kinds of information in the platform, defines the information flow, and gives the information flow. The system architecture transforms the task of information architecture definition into a series of system function modules, and defines the connection mode between modules and modules; the technical architecture defines the minimum standards and conventions followed in system design. The architecture of integrated information system for offshore platform is proposed, which provides a theoretical framework for the overall design of the system. The platform integrated network design technology is studied, and several typical platform network structures are analyzed and compared. The integrated network system design based on Auto Net drilling platform is completed, including network structure design, network node hardware and software composition, redundancy design and reliability design. The drilling platform control network based on Auto Net is designed. Firstly, the control network structure is given, then the regional node and PPC module are designed by taking the dynamic positioning subsystem of drilling platform as an example, and the real-time data monitoring function module is designed. The data monitoring of thrust system and power system in dynamic positioning system is realized. The distributed database technology is studied, and the distributed database structure, server database structure, database conceptual model of drilling platform system are designed. The database function module relational view realizes the sharing, monitoring and management of the data information in each subsystem of the drilling platform system.
