珠江口水體有機碳的季節(jié)性變化

【摘要】:調(diào)查了珠江口不同季節(jié)顆粒有機碳(particulate organic carbon,POC)和溶解有機碳(dissolved organic carbon,DOC)含量的分布特征,結(jié)合碳氮比值(C/N)、葉綠素a(Chl a)含量、溶解氧(dissolved oxygen,DO)含量等水化學參數(shù),探討了珠江口POC、DOC來源、輸送方式及混合行為的季節(jié)變化。結(jié)果表明,珠江口水體POC可能主要受到水體自生浮游植物有機碳輸入的影響,DOC可能主要來自于河流輸送的陸源有機碳。在降雨量較大的5月份,POC來自自生浮游植物有機碳的貢獻相對減小。降雨量同樣較大的8月份DOC來自河流輸送的陸源有機碳的貢獻增加。不同季節(jié)珠江口水體總有機碳中的DOC一直高于POC。珠江口POC、DOC含量受到淡水與海水混合進程的影響,淡水與海水的混合效應可能是從出虎門進入伶仃洋的低鹽度區(qū)(鹽度1‰~5‰的水體)開始延伸至外海。微生物的降解作用可能對POC和DOC在出虎門之前的下降趨勢產(chǎn)生了重要影響,而微生物對新鮮的浮游植物有機碳的利用、以及浮游植物生產(chǎn)量的降低和顆粒物絮凝沉降作用則可能是POC在出虎門后下降幅度大于DOC的重要原因。
[Abstract]:The distribution characteristics of particulate organic (POC) and dissolved organic carbon (organic) contents in different seasons in the Pearl River Estuary were investigated. The source of POC in the Pearl River Estuary was discussed by combining the C / N ratio (C / N), the content of chlorophyll a(Chl a (chlorophyll a(Chl a) and the content of dissolved oxygen (a(Chl).
