【摘要】:針對(duì)導(dǎo)管架平臺(tái)在海洋環(huán)境中的結(jié)構(gòu)低周疲勞問(wèn)題,結(jié)合分析模型和設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,采用Neuber假設(shè)進(jìn)行塑性修正,通過(guò)應(yīng)變范圍得到偽熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力范圍,并確定熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力與偽熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力之間的關(guān)系,采用偽熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力取代熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力換算出一種新的S-N曲線作為低周疲勞的設(shè)計(jì)曲線,以偽熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力作為計(jì)算量來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的低周疲勞壽命。
[Abstract]:In view of the low cycle fatigue problem of jacket platform in marine environment, combining the analysis model and design code, the plastic correction is carried out by using Neuber hypothesis, and the pseudo-hot stress range is obtained by strain range. The relationship between hot spot stress and pseudo hot spot stress is determined. A new S-N curve is converted by pseudo hot spot stress instead of hot spot stress as the design curve of low cycle fatigue. The low cycle fatigue life of joints is predicted by pseudo-hot stress.
