【摘要】：擴大和利用海洋天氣監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)對海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)測、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、海洋災(zāi)害預(yù)防等海洋相關(guān)的活動具有重要意義。當前開發(fā)的海洋天氣信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)通常僅供專業(yè)機構(gòu)或企業(yè)使用,而并未對個人開放。為解決這一問題,本文提出一種面向用戶的海洋天氣信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。該服務(wù)系統(tǒng)可以將自動識別系統(tǒng)(AIS)的信息顯示在電子海圖(ENC)上,并能夠提供多種類別信息,如航道標記、日出、日落、低潮、高潮等,并在電子海圖上通知和顯示。通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動設(shè)備使用用戶的位置信息,該系統(tǒng)可以為用戶定制個性化的信息服務(wù),使得海洋天氣信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)不僅能夠應(yīng)用在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,同時也能為個人的日常生活提供便利和保障。
[Abstract]:Expanding and utilizing marine weather monitoring data is of great significance to marine environmental monitoring, marine industry development, marine disaster prevention and other ocean-related activities. Currently developed ocean weather information service systems are usually for use only by professional organizations or enterprises, and are not open to individuals. In order to solve this problem, a user-oriented ocean weather information service system is proposed in this paper. The service system can display the information of the automatic identification system (AIS) on the electronic chart (ENC), and can provide various kinds of information, such as channel marking, sunrise, sunset, low tide, high tide and so on, and can notify and display on the electronic chart. Through the use of user location information on the Internet and mobile devices, the system can customize personalized information services for users, enabling ocean weather information services to be applied not only in industrial areas, but also in industry. At the same time can also provide convenience and protection for the daily life of individuals.
