【摘要】：海底管線是海洋油氣工程中主要的輸送手段。在工作狀態(tài)下,受高溫高壓的影響,深海管線可能會(huì)發(fā)生水平向整體屈曲。隨海洋油氣作業(yè)水深的增大,施加于管線的溫度和壓強(qiáng)也逐漸增加,導(dǎo)致管線產(chǎn)生較大的屈曲位移和截面應(yīng)力,使得截面產(chǎn)生塑性應(yīng)變。本文采用數(shù)值模擬方法,對(duì)海底管線整體屈曲過(guò)程中塑性區(qū)的分布及其與整體屈曲影響因素的關(guān)聯(lián)性、塑性變形對(duì)水平向變形的影響和塑性變形造成的截面橢圓度的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,研究塑性變形對(duì)整體屈曲過(guò)程影響的規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Submarine pipeline is the main means of transportation in offshore oil and gas engineering. Under the influence of high temperature and high pressure, the horizontal buckling of deep sea pipeline may occur. With the increase of the water depth of offshore oil and gas operations, the temperature and pressure applied to the pipeline also increase gradually, resulting in a larger buckling displacement and cross-section stress of the pipeline, resulting in plastic strain in the section. In this paper, the distribution of plastic zone in the whole buckling process of submarine pipeline and its relation with the influencing factors of global buckling are studied by numerical simulation. The influence of plastic deformation on horizontal deformation and the variation of ellipticity of section caused by plastic deformation are analyzed, and the influence of plastic deformation on the whole buckling process is studied.
