【摘要】：依據(jù)2014年8月對山東省近岸貝類養(yǎng)殖區(qū)的調(diào)查資料,研究了養(yǎng)殖區(qū)海水、沉積物和生物體中6種重金屬的含量及富集情況,并對貝類養(yǎng)殖區(qū)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量及生態(tài)風(fēng)險評價。結(jié)果顯示,海水中重金屬含量從高到低為As、Cu、Cr、Pb、Cd和Hg;沉積物中重金屬含量從高到低為Cr、Pb、Cu、As、Cd和Hg;貝類體中重金屬含量從高到低為Cu、As、Cd、Cr、Pb和Hg。生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價結(jié)果表明,養(yǎng)殖區(qū)海水中重金屬含量均符合Ⅱ類海水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);沉積物重金屬含量均符合Ⅰ類海洋沉積物質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn);貝類體中Hg、Cd、Pb和Cr均符合《食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)食品中污染物限量》,Cu符合Ⅰ類海洋生物質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。貝類對重金屬的富集能力從大到小為Cu、Cd、Hg、Pb、Cr和As,調(diào)查海域貝類體中的Cu、Cd富集系數(shù)較高,其他重金屬富集系數(shù)相對較低。重金屬質(zhì)量安全風(fēng)險分析表明,貝類體中Cd、Pb、As、Cr和Hg的膳食暴露量較低,處于安全范圍內(nèi),但建議去除內(nèi)臟后食用。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation data of shellfish culture area on the coast of Shandong Province in August 2014, the contents and enrichment of six heavy metals in seawater, sediment and organism were studied, and the quality and ecological risk of shellfish culture area were evaluated. The results show that the contents of heavy metals in seawater from high to low are asparagus, cu, CD and Hg, and the contents of heavy metals in sediments are from high to low, and the contents of heavy metals in shellfish are from high to low, the contents of heavy metals are as follows: cu, Asu, CD, CD, CD, Pb and Hg. The results of ecological and environmental quality evaluation showed that the heavy metal contents in seawater in aquaculture area were all in accordance with the water quality standards of class 鈪，
