多毛類動(dòng)物對(duì)多環(huán)芳烴的毒性響應(yīng)及代謝研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:多環(huán)芳烴可富集在水生生物體內(nèi),進(jìn)而通過(guò)食物鏈的放大作用危害人類,多毛類動(dòng)物是已知能夠蓄積大量多環(huán)芳烴的物種,有關(guān)多毛類動(dòng)物解毒代謝酶與抗氧化酶的活性及其基因表達(dá)水平作為多環(huán)芳烴監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)的研究已有大量報(bào)道,但有關(guān)多毛類動(dòng)物如何代謝蓄積在體內(nèi)多環(huán)芳烴的基礎(chǔ)理論研究目前尚處于初步階段。本研究中,綜述了近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)多毛類動(dòng)物對(duì)多環(huán)芳烴的毒性響應(yīng)及代謝研究,多毛類動(dòng)物對(duì)多環(huán)芳烴的代謝類似于脊椎動(dòng)物,分為兩個(gè)階段,參與第一階段代謝的酶主要是細(xì)胞色素P450酶家族,而尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶和磺基轉(zhuǎn)移酶被認(rèn)為是第二階段代謝過(guò)程中起主導(dǎo)作用的酶類,針對(duì)目前研究中存在的問(wèn)題,提出今后應(yīng)加強(qiáng)多毛類動(dòng)物對(duì)復(fù)合多環(huán)芳烴以及低劑量多環(huán)芳烴長(zhǎng)期暴露的毒性響應(yīng)研究,同時(shí)增強(qiáng)對(duì)不同多環(huán)芳烴的代謝研究。
[Abstract]:Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) can be enriched in aquatic organisms and are harmful to humans through the amplification of the food chain. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are known to accumulate large quantities of PAHs.The activities of detoxification metabolic enzymes and antioxidant enzymes and their gene expression in polytrichomes have been widely reported as a monitoring index for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).However, the basic theory of how the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are metabolized and accumulated in the body is still at a preliminary stage.In this study, the toxic response and metabolism of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in recent years have been reviewed. The metabolism of PAHs in polychaetes is similar to that in vertebrates and is divided into two stages.The enzymes involved in the first stage metabolism are mainly cytochrome P450 enzyme family, while uridine diphosphate glucuronyltransferase and sulfotransferase are considered to be the main enzymes in the second stage metabolism.The toxicity of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and low doses of PAHs (low dose PAHs) should be enhanced in the future, and the metabolic study of PAHs should be enhanced at the same time.
