江陵凹陷鹵水析鹽規(guī)律及提銣技術研究

【摘要】:江陵凹陷位于湖北省江漢盆地西南部,鹵水化學類型屬氯化物型,鹵水成分主要以氯化鈉為主,鹵水中含有豐富的鋰、銣、銫等微量元素資源,隨著對銣認識的加深,其得到了越來越廣泛的應用,本文首先探究江陵凹陷鹵水蒸發(fā)過程中的析鹽規(guī)律和微量元素銣的變化規(guī)律,再進一步展開銣的提取技術。 首先探究了50℃鹵水等溫蒸發(fā)實驗,析鹽規(guī)律簡單分為三個階段:析出氯化鈉,析出氯化鈉和硫酸鈉混鹽,最后析出氯化鈉、硫酸鈉和鉀芒硝混鹽。在蒸發(fā)率31.23%之前,所析出的固相為NaCl; Na2SO4在蒸發(fā)率47.20%,液相S042-濃度76.64g/L時已開始析出;在蒸發(fā)的最后階段,鉀鹽才開始析出;Mg2+、Li+、Rb+、Br-在蒸發(fā)過程中基本不損失,均賦存于老鹵中且得到很大程度的濃縮。 確定了銣的變化規(guī)律后,采用離子交換法提取銣,通過對溫度、料液酸度、吸附劑量和吸附時間等因素的探討,以吸附率為評價指標,來考察它們對吸附效果的影響,從而得到較優(yōu)的吸附條件:室溫下,未酸化的原料液加入吸附劑量25g,吸附時間4h,吸附率51.06%。 動態(tài)實驗通過對料液流速、解吸劑濃度和解吸劑流速三個因素的研究,從而得到較優(yōu)條件:吸附階段,料液流速為5mL/min;解吸階段,解吸劑NH4C1濃度1mol/L,解吸劑流速5mL/min。
[Abstract]:Jiangling sag is located in the southwest of Jianghan Basin, Hubei Province. The chemical type of brine is chlorinated. The brine is mainly composed of sodium chloride. The brine contains abundant trace elements such as lithium, rubidium, cesium and so on.It has been applied more and more widely.
