【摘要】:自升式平臺(tái)是海洋油氣勘探、開(kāi)發(fā)的主要設(shè)備,它在海洋石油開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。平臺(tái)長(zhǎng)期處于惡劣海況下,由于風(fēng)、浪、流等環(huán)境載荷對(duì)其的作用在很大程度上影響著平臺(tái)的作業(yè)安全,因此對(duì)自升式平臺(tái)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度分析顯得尤為必要。此外,由于自升式平臺(tái)的樁腿結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)期受波浪作用會(huì)使其內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生交變應(yīng)力,,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致樁腿發(fā)生疲勞損傷,因此對(duì)其進(jìn)行疲勞壽命分析也是不可或缺的。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,本文主要進(jìn)行以下研究: 首先,基于莫里森公式和Stokes五階波理論,采用MATLAB編寫(xiě)程序,計(jì)算了樁腿在自存與作業(yè)兩個(gè)工況下的波浪力。 其次,基于正在建造的90m自升式平臺(tái),根據(jù)中國(guó)船級(jí)社《海上移動(dòng)平臺(tái)入級(jí)與建造規(guī)范》,采用有限元軟件Patran/Nastran建立有限元模型;綜合考慮風(fēng)、浪、流等載荷的不同組合,對(duì)自升式平臺(tái)在自存、作業(yè)兩個(gè)典型工況下進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度計(jì)算和模態(tài)分析,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核。 最后,采用GeinE建立疲勞分析的平臺(tái)簡(jiǎn)化模型,利用Wajac進(jìn)行水動(dòng)力分析,然后基于Framework對(duì)平臺(tái)在作業(yè)工況下進(jìn)行了樁腿的疲勞分析?紤]到平臺(tái)的應(yīng)力集中效應(yīng),采用確定性設(shè)計(jì)波法,計(jì)算在波浪循環(huán)作用下樁腿結(jié)構(gòu)的累積損傷,進(jìn)行疲勞壽命研究。 研究表明,自升式平臺(tái)現(xiàn)有的結(jié)構(gòu)形式可以滿(mǎn)足其在惡劣海況下自存并鉆井作業(yè),平臺(tái)易于波浪低頻成分發(fā)生共振。疲勞壽命分析結(jié)果表明,受波浪影響,后右樁腿與海平面接觸區(qū)域管節(jié)點(diǎn)的疲勞壽命最短,對(duì)這些區(qū)域的管節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度應(yīng)足夠重視。
[Abstract]:Jack up platform is the main equipment of offshore oil and gas exploration, development, it plays an important role in the process of offshore oil development platform. In the long-term adverse conditions, due to wind, wave, flow and other environmental loads on its effect has a great influence on the safety operation platform, so the self lifting platform structural strength analysis is necessary. In addition, due to the legs of the jack up platform by long wave action will make its internal alternating stress, which can lead to fatigue damage of the leg, is also indispensable because of fatigue life analysis. To solve these problems, this paper mainly carried out the following research:
First, based on the Morrison formula and the Stokes five order wave theory, the wave force of the pile leg under two conditions of self storage and operation is calculated by using MATLAB programming.
Secondly, the jack up platform is built based on 90m, according to Chinese CCS < offshore mobile platform into the specification and construction, finite element model is established by finite element software Patran/Nastran; considering the wind, waves, different combinations of load flow, the jack up platform in self storage, calculation and analysis of structural strength two typical working modes, and its strength check.
Finally, using GeinE to establish the fatigue analysis platform simplified model, hydrodynamic analysis by Wajac, and then based on Framework on the platform for the analysis of fatigue of piles in working conditions. Considering the platform stress concentration effect, the deterministic design wave method in the calculation of cumulative damage under the action of wave cyclic leg structure. Research on fatigue life.
The research shows that it can satisfy the in adverse conditions from drilling and self lifting type structure of the existing platform, the platform is easy to low frequency wave resonance. The fatigue life analysis results show that affected by wave, after the sea level right leg and pile contact area of tubular joints fatigue life of tubular joints of the shortest. These areas should be paid more attention.
