木質纖維素接枝甲基丙烯酸丁酯吸油樹脂對柴油吸附性能的研究

【摘要】:采用懸浮接枝聚合法合成木質纖維素接枝甲基丙烯酸丁酯(LNC-g-BMA)吸油樹脂;考察BMA與LNC的質量比,引發(fā)劑、交聯(lián)劑和致孔劑的用量以及反應溫度對樹脂吸附柴油性能的影響;采用FT-IR、SEM、TG和XRD等手段對樹脂的形貌和結構進行表征。結果表明,BMA與LNC的質量比為8∶1,過氧化苯甲酰、N,N′-亞甲基雙丙烯酰胺和乙酸乙酯用量分別為BMA質量的1.2%、1.6%和50%,反應溫度為80℃時,LNC-g-BMA對柴油的吸油倍率達到8.72g/g。表征結果顯示,LNC-g-BMA表面疏松,有利于柴油分子在樹脂內擴散;與LNC相比,LNC-g-BMA的結晶度明顯下降,熱穩(wěn)性明顯提高。
[Abstract]:Lignocellulose grafted butyl methacrylate (LNC-g-BMA) oil absorbent resin was synthesized by suspension grafting polymerization, and the effects of mass ratio of BMA to LNC, amount of initiator, crosslinking agent and pore-causing agent and reaction temperature on the adsorption properties of diesel oil were investigated. The morphology and structure of the resin were characterized by FT-IR, SEMTG and XRD. The results showed that the mass ratio of BMAs to LNC was 8: 1, and the dosage of benzoyl peroxide (BMA) and methylene bis (acrylamide) and ethyl acetate were 1.21.6% and 50% of the mass of BMA, respectively, and the reaction temperature was 50%. The oil absorption ratio of LNC-g-BMA to diesel oil reaches 8.72 g / g when the degree is 80 鈩,
