季銨鹽在海水中的降解性

【摘要】:以天然海水為實(shí)驗(yàn)介質(zhì),研究了季銨鹽的生物降解、光降解和水解特性。結(jié)果表明,季銨鹽的生物降解速率與水樣含菌量相關(guān),降解曲線呈階梯三段式,中段細(xì)菌因受季銨鹽殺滅/抑制作用含菌量降低,導(dǎo)致季銨鹽的降解趨緩,192 h的降解率為8.93%。不同光源和溫度對(duì)季銨鹽的光降解速率和水解速率影響較大,kuv/kvis=188,k40℃/k20℃=4.58。季銨鹽的降解主要由光降解貢獻(xiàn),20℃時(shí)自然光降解的k分別是生物降解和水解的1.96和4.5倍。季銨鹽在海水中的生物降解、自然光降解和水解動(dòng)力學(xué)均符合一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,20℃時(shí)其速率常數(shù)k分別為0.00046、0.0009和0.0002,半衰期t1/2分別為62.8 d、32.1 d和126.0 d,降解半衰期較長,在海洋環(huán)境中的殘留持久性需重視。
[Abstract]:The biodegradation, photodegradation and hydrolysis characteristics of quaternary ammonium salt were studied in natural seawater. The results showed that the biodegradation rate of quaternary ammonium salt was related to the bacterial content of water sample, and the degradation curve was a step by step. In the middle part of the bacteria, the amount of bacteria killed / inhibited by quaternary ammonium salt decreased, The degradation rate of quaternary ammonium salt is 8.93.The photodegradation rate and hydrolysis rate of quaternary ammonium salt are greatly affected by different light source and temperature.
