【摘要】：環(huán)渤海地區(qū)是我國(guó)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,對(duì)于我國(guó)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起重要作用。海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的情況是決定某一地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的關(guān)鍵因素,同時(shí),合理的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)又是推動(dòng)該地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)快速健康發(fā)展的重要力量。因此本篇論文主著重分析環(huán)渤海地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演變情況,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行合理化分析,進(jìn)而根據(jù)分析的結(jié)論為環(huán)渤海地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提出建議。 本篇論文首先介紹了其研究背景和意義,說明了優(yōu)化環(huán)渤海地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的必要性。同時(shí),對(duì)以往對(duì)于海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究的文獻(xiàn)加以總結(jié),以前人的研究為基礎(chǔ),闡述了本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究思路及研究方法。其次是相關(guān)理論綜述部分,這一部分是整篇論文的理論基礎(chǔ),分別介紹了海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的概念、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相似理論、海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變規(guī)律理論,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論。再次是論文的主體部分,這一部分從主要海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)部門、海洋三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及傳統(tǒng)、新興和未來海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)角度對(duì)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,同時(shí)又從上述三個(gè)角度對(duì)該地區(qū)的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演變進(jìn)行了分析。最后,通過前文對(duì)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的分析結(jié)果,并以此為依據(jù)對(duì)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The Bohai Rim region is an important part of China's marine economy, which plays an important role in the development of China's marine economy. The industrial structure of the marine economy is the key factor determining the development of the marine economy in a certain area, at the same time, The rational industrial structure of marine economy is also an important force to promote the rapid and healthy development of marine economy in this area. According to the conclusion of the analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the development of marine economy around Bohai Sea. This paper first introduces its research background and significance, explains the necessity of optimizing the industrial structure of marine economy in Bohai Rim, and summarizes the previous literatures on the industrial structure of marine economy. On the basis of previous studies, this paper expounds the main research contents, research ideas and research methods. Secondly, it is the theoretical basis of the whole paper. The concepts of marine industry and industrial structure, the theory of industrial structure similarity, the evolution law of marine economic industrial structure, and the theory of industrial structure optimization are introduced respectively. This part introduces the present situation of the marine economic industrial structure around the Bohai Sea from the three angles of the main marine industry department, the marine tertiary industrial structure and the traditional, emerging and future marine industrial structure. At the same time, the evolution of the marine economic industrial structure in this area is analyzed from the above three angles. Finally, the results of the analysis of the marine economic industrial structure around the Bohai Sea are given. Based on this, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of marine economy in Bohai Rim.
