輸油管道冰區(qū)溢油污染影響評(píng)價(jià)模型及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:冰區(qū)不同于一般的海洋及河流等水體環(huán)境,難以對(duì)冰區(qū)溢油采用同樣的模型進(jìn)行建模運(yùn)算。為更好地預(yù)測冰區(qū)溢油的行為和歸宿,降低冰區(qū)溢油造成的環(huán)境污染危害,基于冰區(qū)水體環(huán)境特點(diǎn)和油品溢流特點(diǎn),采用冰密度臨界值法,系統(tǒng)地建立了不同環(huán)境條件下的冰區(qū)溢油環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)模型,并應(yīng)用于實(shí)際冰區(qū)水體現(xiàn)場。開發(fā)了冰區(qū)環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)計(jì)算軟件,由用戶輸入與控制模塊、數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)算與顯示模塊組成,給出了具體算例,以期為冰區(qū)溢油應(yīng)急處置提供技術(shù)支持。(圖1,參10)
[Abstract]:The ice is different from the normal marine and river water environment, it is difficult for the oil spill by using the same model operation. For better prediction of oil spill behavior and fate, reduce environmental pollution caused by oil spills in ice hazards, ice water environment characteristics and oil overflow characteristics based on the critical value of ice density, the system established under different environmental conditions spilled oil environmental impact assessment model, and applied to the actual ice water scene. The evaluation software developed in ice environment, input by the user and control module, data processing module, system operation and display module, an example is given, in order to oil spill provide technical support for the disposal of ice.
