【摘要】：海洋是生命的搖籃、人類的故鄉(xiāng)、資源的寶庫。海洋資源是人類社會實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的寶貴財富。發(fā)展海洋產業(yè)是解決當今人類社會面臨的人口膨脹、資源短缺和環(huán)境惡化等一系列問題的重要途徑。但是,在海洋經濟發(fā)展的同時,由于粗放式的開發(fā)方式及落后的生產技術使得海洋資源的掠奪性開發(fā)與沿海環(huán)境污染都很嚴重。海洋資源短缺、環(huán)境污染與生態(tài)破壞己成為今后海洋經濟發(fā)展的主要限制性因素。因此,迫切需要深入開展海洋承載能力方面的研究,實施海洋的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。海域承載力就是這樣一種能反映海洋人地關系可持續(xù)發(fā)展的定量化指標,它是海洋可持續(xù)發(fā)展重要的判斷依據。 本文借鑒有關海洋承載力的研究,以福建省沿�？h域單元為研究對象,通過對海域承載力影響因素的分析,構架福建省沿海縣市海域承載力評價指標體系,運用層次分析法確定指標權重,通過空間狀態(tài)模型計算各海域的承載力得分,比較分析各縣域單元海域承載狀況的空間差異,并提出提高各海域承載力的相關對策。
[Abstract]:The ocean is the cradle of life, the hometown of mankind, the treasure-house of resources. The marine resources are the precious wealth for the sustainable development of human society. The development of marine industry is to solve the population expansion that human society is facing. An important approach to a series of problems, such as the shortage of resources and the deterioration of the environment. However, the development of marine economy is at the same time. Due to extensive development and backward production technology, the predatory exploitation of marine resources and coastal environmental pollution are very serious. Environmental pollution and ecological destruction have become the main restrictive factors of marine economic development in the future. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out in-depth research on marine carrying capacity. The carrying capacity of sea area is such a quantitative index which can reflect the sustainable development of the relationship between man and land, and it is an important basis for judging the sustainable development of the ocean. Based on the study of marine carrying capacity, this paper takes the coastal county area unit of Fujian Province as the research object, through the analysis of the influencing factors of the sea area carrying capacity, sets up the evaluation index system of the coastal county sea area carrying capacity in Fujian Province. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the index weight and the spatial state model is used to calculate the bearing capacity score of each sea area and to compare and analyze the spatial difference of the carrying capacity of each county unit. And put forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the carrying capacity of each sea area.
