【摘要】：正近日,渤海鉆探第一錄井公司泥漿泵遠(yuǎn)程在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)獲得國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局授予的"實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利證書(shū)"。這個(gè)系統(tǒng)可在線監(jiān)測(cè)及時(shí)了解鉆井現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)過(guò)程中的泥漿泵工作狀態(tài),同時(shí)對(duì)設(shè)備異常狀態(tài)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)報(bào)警并輔以專(zhuān)家診斷,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)設(shè)備狀態(tài)的精確判斷,避免突發(fā)性停機(jī)和意外事故的發(fā)生,保證鉆井安全進(jìn)行。泥漿泵的性能、結(jié)構(gòu)、可靠性直接影響鉆井質(zhì)量。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),我國(guó)因泥漿泵的不必
