【摘要】：海洋垃圾防治是海洋生態(tài)文明示范區(qū)建設(shè)中的重要內(nèi)容,以威海市為例,基于威海市海洋垃圾防治形勢的分析,在海洋生態(tài)文明示范區(qū)建設(shè)和威�！~約海洋垃圾防治"姐妹城市"合作框架下,借鑒國際經(jīng)驗,針對威海市海洋垃圾現(xiàn)狀提出了治理措施與建議,圍繞環(huán)保意識培育與行動、制度與執(zhí)法、環(huán)境整治、科技創(chuàng)新、國際合作等方面提出了威海市海洋垃圾防治長效機制的建設(shè)思路。
[Abstract]:The prevention and control of marine garbage is an important content in the construction of the demonstration area of marine ecological civilization. Taking Weihai City as an example, based on the analysis of the situation of marine garbage control in Weihai City. Under the framework of the construction of the demonstration zone of marine ecological civilization and the cooperation of Weihai-New York marine garbage prevention and control "sister cities", and drawing on international experience, the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for the treatment of marine garbage in Weihai City. Based on the cultivation and action of environmental protection consciousness, system and law enforcement, environmental renovation, scientific and technological innovation and international cooperation, this paper puts forward the construction of long-term mechanism for marine garbage control in Weihai City.
