海上警戒浮標(biāo)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:為有效保護(hù)近海海底觀測(cè)網(wǎng)觀測(cè)安全,免受漁船拖網(wǎng)和拋錨等損壞的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一套多警戒浮標(biāo)(直徑2.4~3.0 m)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),該警戒浮標(biāo)可獲取浮標(biāo)本身工作狀態(tài),并能實(shí)時(shí)、動(dòng)態(tài)、連續(xù)的將警戒浮標(biāo)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)發(fā)送到陸基岸站,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)保護(hù)目標(biāo)海域的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,同時(shí)該浮標(biāo)系統(tǒng)可進(jìn)行擴(kuò)充實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)海洋環(huán)境要素的觀測(cè)。警戒浮標(biāo)布設(shè)采用正多邊形(三角形、正方形和正五邊形等)預(yù)警保護(hù)方式,浮標(biāo)以保護(hù)節(jié)點(diǎn)為中心等距布放,組網(wǎng)形成有效的海上保護(hù)圍欄,保障海底觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行;供電系統(tǒng)采用太陽(yáng)能電池和蓄電池組合供能方式,可保證在連續(xù)陰天的情況下警戒浮標(biāo)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行100天。該警戒浮標(biāo)技術(shù)已在東海海底觀測(cè)網(wǎng)保護(hù)中成功示范運(yùn)行6個(gè)月,該技術(shù)可為近海海底觀測(cè)保護(hù)提供有效技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively protect the observation safety of offshore submarine observation network from the damage of trawler trawler and anchor, a real-time monitoring system with multiple warning buoys (diameter 2.4m) is designed. The warning buoy can obtain the working state of the buoy itself and can continuously send the operation state of the warning buoy to the land-based shore station in real time and dynamically to realize the real-time monitoring of the protection of the target sea area. At the same time, the buoy system can be extended to realize the observation of marine environmental elements. The warning buoy is designed by means of early warning and protection of regular polygon (triangle, square and pentagonal). The buoy is located at the same distance with the protection node as the center and forms an effective marine protection fence to ensure the safe operation of the submarine observation system. The power supply system adopts the combination of solar cells and batteries. The warning buoy system can be guaranteed to operate for 100 days on a continuous cloudy day. The warning buoy technology has been successfully demonstrated for six months in the protection of the East China Sea seabed observation network. This technology can provide effective technical support for offshore seabed observation protection.
