【摘要】：對(duì)一組具有三級(jí)回?zé)岬拇惺皆鰸袢裥吞?yáng)能海水淡化裝置進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)性能實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,介紹三級(jí)裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作過(guò)程。研究上、中兩級(jí)不同加熱過(guò)程,測(cè)試研究系統(tǒng)瞬態(tài)特性,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩級(jí)加熱系統(tǒng)更易達(dá)到穩(wěn)定;對(duì)兩級(jí)額定溫差加熱模式下的運(yùn)行過(guò)程進(jìn)行測(cè)量。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:90℃的供熱條件下,兩級(jí)加熱模式時(shí)產(chǎn)水量達(dá)到穩(wěn)定的時(shí)間約為70 min,近穩(wěn)態(tài)產(chǎn)水率達(dá)到約15 kg/5 min。而同樣溫度單級(jí)加熱模式下,產(chǎn)水量達(dá)到穩(wěn)定的時(shí)間約為120 min,近穩(wěn)態(tài)產(chǎn)水率達(dá)到約9 kg/5 min。兩級(jí)加熱具有較大優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The transient performance of a series of solar desalination and humidification desalination equipment with three stages of regenerative heat was tested. The structure and working process of the three stage unit were introduced. In the study, the middle and two stages of different heating processes were studied. The transient characteristics of the system are studied and it is found that the two-stage heating system is more stable.
