【摘要】:在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于非線性規(guī)劃的排海通量最優(yōu)化法(簡稱非線性規(guī)劃法),以進(jìn)行海域內(nèi)非保守物質(zhì)環(huán)境容量計算,并選取萊州灣這個水動力較強(qiáng)、面積較大的半封閉海域進(jìn)行模擬、計算。為更好地保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,對于氮(N)、磷(P)等非保守物質(zhì)(以無機(jī)氮(DIN)、無機(jī)磷(DIP)為例進(jìn)行分析),選取其月最高濃度場數(shù)據(jù),依次計算出萊州灣海域每個月的營養(yǎng)鹽響應(yīng)系數(shù)場,并進(jìn)一步使用非線性規(guī)劃法求解出營養(yǎng)鹽的月環(huán)境容量。最終計算結(jié)果顯示,21世紀(jì)初萊州灣的營養(yǎng)鹽環(huán)境容量為:在保持萊州灣DIP排放現(xiàn)狀不變的前提下,其DIN年環(huán)境容量為21 843t/a,剩余年環(huán)境容量為-8 264t/a,需要減少點(diǎn)源DIN的排放量;而在保持萊州灣DIN排放現(xiàn)狀不變的前提下,其DIP年環(huán)境容量為1 794t/a,剩余年環(huán)境容量達(dá)1 485t/a,可繼續(xù)容納部分DIP的排放。
[Abstract]:On the basis of previous studies, a nonlinear programming optimization method is proposed to calculate the environmental capacity of non-conservative materials in the sea area. In order to better protect the ecological environment, the Laizhou Bay, a semi-enclosed sea area with strong hydrodynamic force and larger area, is simulated and calculated. The data of the monthly maximum concentration field were selected for the analysis of non-conservative substances such as phosphorus (P) and other non-conservative substances (such as inorganic nitrogen (DINA), inorganic phosphorus (DIPP)). The monthly nutrient response coefficient field in Laizhou Bay was calculated in turn, and the monthly environmental capacity of nutrient was calculated by nonlinear programming method. In 21th century, the environmental capacity of nutrient in Laizhou Bay was: the annual environmental capacity of DIN was 21 843 t / a on the premise of keeping the present situation of DIP emission unchanged in Laizhou Bay. The environmental capacity for the rest of the year is -8,264 t / a, which requires a reduction in point source DIN emissions; On the premise of keeping the DIN emission status unchanged in Laizhou Bay, the annual environmental capacity of DIP is 1794 t / a, and the remaining annual environmental capacity is 1 485 t / a. Can continue to accommodate part of the DIP emissions.
