【摘要】：區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)的定時定點野外測量方法,近年來各種遙感監(jiān)測技術(shù)被應(yīng)用于海岸帶的實地觀測領(lǐng)域。其中基于岸線的近岸實時實地視頻觀測技術(shù)(ARGUS系統(tǒng))可獲取大范圍、長時間內(nèi)的海岸帶動力環(huán)境要素實測資料(諸如波浪、水流、岸線、地貌特征等),在海岸工程研究領(lǐng)域被廣泛應(yīng)用。通過對ARGUS系統(tǒng)的回顧,敘述了該技術(shù)的發(fā)展概況、視頻數(shù)據(jù)類型和特點、圖像分析方法和實際應(yīng)用舉例,同時簡介了我國第一套ARGUS系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建。此外,也簡要介紹了X波段雷達(dá)影像系統(tǒng)和紅外線攝像系統(tǒng)在海岸工程研究中的應(yīng)用。期望進一步推動上述近岸視頻觀測技術(shù)在我國海岸工程研究中的應(yīng)用,為海岸帶的綜合管理利用和合理開發(fā)規(guī)劃提供相應(yīng)的科學(xué)支撐,同時促進各相關(guān)學(xué)科間(如海岸工程、測繪、圖像分析等)的交叉合作。
[Abstract]:The timing point field compared to the traditional measuring method, field observation field in recent years, a variety of remote sensing monitoring technology is applied to the coastal zone. Based on the real time video observation technology of coastal shoreline (ARGUS system) can obtain a wide range of measured data, the coastal zone dynamic environment elements in long time (such as water, waves, shoreline, physiognomy), is widely used in coastal engineering research field. Based on a review of the ARGUS system, introduces the development of the technology, video image data types and characteristics, analysis methods and practical application examples, and summarizes the construction of China's first set of ARGUS system. In addition, it briefly introduces the application of X band radar imaging system and infrared imaging system in the coastal engineering research. Expect to further promote the nearshore video observation technique in the research of coastal engineering in China should be used for the coast It provides scientific support for comprehensive management and utilization and reasonable development plan, and promotes cross cooperation among related disciplines, such as coastal engineering, surveying and mapping, image analysis, etc.
