【摘要】:海洋鉆機(jī)在鉆井過程中保證較好的穩(wěn)定性、安全性以及優(yōu)良的控制性能是安全生產(chǎn)的重要保障。而鉆機(jī)的運(yùn)行過程涉及一系列的電動和機(jī)械傳動裝置,是一種非線性復(fù)雜運(yùn)動過程,傳統(tǒng)的PID控制已經(jīng)無法滿足要求,這就要求一種不需要知道控制對象精確數(shù)學(xué)模型的智能決策方法來對鉆機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,維持穩(wěn)定的鉆壓和鉆速。模糊免疫PID控制是一種以語言變量為基礎(chǔ)的智能控制方法,適用于難以建立精確數(shù)學(xué)模型的線性系統(tǒng)以及非線性系統(tǒng)。該控制方法的思想是以模糊集合論、模糊語言變量和模糊邏輯推理為基礎(chǔ),來模仿人的思維決策去控制模型復(fù)雜或不確定性較強(qiáng)的對象。本文探究了模糊免疫PID控制在海洋平臺模塊鉆機(jī)調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)和速度跟蹤控制等方面的應(yīng)用,并探討了相對于傳統(tǒng)PID模糊免疫PID所表現(xiàn)出的優(yōu)點。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)介紹模糊免疫PID原理以及在鉆機(jī)系統(tǒng)中模糊免疫PID控制的目的及意義,并對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述。(2)分別對PID控制、免疫反饋控制、模糊控制的優(yōu)缺點進(jìn)行介紹,得出以下結(jié)論:模糊免疫PID控制正是集三者之優(yōu)點于一身,適用于非線性系統(tǒng)中的智能控制。(3)分別以鉆機(jī)調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)和速度跟蹤控制為例,詳細(xì)介紹模糊免疫PID控制在鉆機(jī)系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,并建立相應(yīng)模型,進(jìn)行仿真分析。(4)通過分析結(jié)果來說明模糊免疫PID自動控制在鉆機(jī)調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)和速度跟蹤控制方面的優(yōu)越性能,并展望其廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:It is an important guarantee for safety production to ensure good stability, safety and excellent control performance during drilling. The operation process of the electric drill and relates to a series of mechanical transmission device, which is a nonlinear complex movement process, the traditional PID control can not meet the requirement, which requires an intelligent decision making method does not need to know the precise mathematical model of the control object to drill into control, maintain the stability of the drilling pressure and drilling speed. Fuzzy immune PID control is an intelligent control method based on linguistic variables. It is suitable for linear systems and nonlinear systems that are difficult to establish accurate mathematical models. The idea of this control method is based on fuzzy set theory, fuzzy linguistic variable and fuzzy logic reasoning, to imitate human's thinking decision to control complex or uncertain objects. This paper explores the application of fuzzy immune PID control in offshore platform module drilling rig, pressure regulating system and speed tracking control, and discusses the advantages compared with the traditional PID fuzzy immune PID. The main research contents are as follows: (1) introduce the principle of fuzzy immune PID and the purpose and significance of fuzzy immune PID control in drilling rig system, and elaborate the related research status at home and abroad. (2) the advantages and disadvantages of PID control, immune feedback control and fuzzy control are introduced respectively. The following conclusion is drawn: fuzzy immune PID control is one of the advantages of the three, which is suitable for intelligent control of nonlinear systems. (3) taking drilling rig control system and speed tracking control as an example, the application of fuzzy immune PID control in drilling rig system is introduced in detail, and the corresponding model is established for simulation analysis. (4) by analyzing the results, we illustrate the superior performance of fuzzy immune PID automatic control in drilling machine pressure regulating system and speed tracking control, and prospect its broad application prospects.
