基于可再生能源的城區(qū)建筑能源體系規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:目前,城市能源、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境問題已經(jīng)成為世界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題,如何合理的綜合利用能源,提高城市能源利用效率、優(yōu)化資源配置、保護(hù)人類賴以生存的自然環(huán)境是當(dāng)今世界長期關(guān)注的問題。在城市建筑中合理利用可再生資源如太陽能、地?zé)崮芤约吧锬艿?將有助于城區(qū)能源、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。通過對城區(qū)區(qū)域建筑可利用能源分析,合理優(yōu)化配置各種可利用能源,提高能源利用效率,從而可以達(dá)到節(jié)約能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境以及使能源、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的目的。因此,有必要對城區(qū)區(qū)域建筑能源體系規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究,從城市規(guī)劃層面協(xié)調(diào)各種建筑可利用能源配置。首先本文對能源規(guī)劃的理念、技術(shù)原則以及區(qū)域建筑能源規(guī)劃的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,提出了城市區(qū)域建筑能源規(guī)劃的基本方法,為區(qū)域建筑能源規(guī)劃的具體實(shí)施提供理論指導(dǎo)。同時(shí),本文對城市區(qū)域建筑能源的綜合利用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,分析了城市區(qū)域建筑中各種能源供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的基本原理、系統(tǒng)形式以及節(jié)能效益,從而形成了一套城區(qū)區(qū)域建筑能源應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。同時(shí),基于本文研究形成的區(qū)域建筑能源綜合利用技術(shù),對徐州新城區(qū)的可利用資源量進(jìn)行了分析,通過分析可以得出徐州新城區(qū)太陽能光熱、光電利用潛力巨大,應(yīng)合理利用太陽能光熱技術(shù)以滿足新城區(qū)生活熱水的需求,推進(jìn)新城區(qū)綠色生態(tài)建設(shè)發(fā)展;同時(shí),徐州是江蘇省內(nèi)陸地區(qū)風(fēng)能資源較為豐富的地區(qū),具備推廣利用風(fēng)能發(fā)電的條件;區(qū)域內(nèi)地質(zhì)條件較好,土壤淺層地?zé)崮芾脻摿Υ?地質(zhì)情況適宜采用土壤源熱泵。最后,本文對徐州新城區(qū)的能源需求情況進(jìn)行了分析,提出了該城區(qū)的能源供應(yīng)體系,并對該城區(qū)區(qū)域建筑能源供應(yīng)方案進(jìn)行了總體規(guī)劃;同時(shí),本文也對城區(qū)內(nèi)相應(yīng)地塊分區(qū)建筑的能源供應(yīng)體系進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃分析,提出了不同地塊不同建筑的相應(yīng)能源供給方案,并對采用該能源供應(yīng)方案時(shí)的節(jié)能減排量進(jìn)行了分析,分析結(jié)果表明采用該規(guī)劃方案時(shí)節(jié)能減排效果明顯。通過本文研究得到的理論和實(shí)踐,對我國其它城市區(qū)域建筑能源綜合規(guī)劃將起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:At present, urban energy, economic and environmental issues have become a hot topic in the world. How to make rational use of energy, improve the efficiency of urban energy use, and optimize the allocation of resources, Protecting the natural environment on which human beings depend is a long-term concern in the world. The rational use of renewable resources such as solar energy, geothermal energy and biological energy in urban buildings will contribute to the sustainable development of urban energy, economy and environment. Through the analysis of the available energy resources of urban buildings, the rational allocation of all kinds of available energy sources and the improvement of energy utilization efficiency can be achieved, which can save energy, protect the environment and make the energy, economy and environment develop harmoniously. Therefore, it is necessary to study the energy system planning of regional buildings in urban areas, and coordinate the available energy allocation of buildings from the level of urban planning. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concept, technical principles and characteristics of energy planning of regional buildings, and puts forward the basic methods of energy planning of urban buildings, which provides theoretical guidance for the implementation of energy planning of regional buildings. At the same time, this paper studies the key technologies of comprehensive utilization of urban building energy, and analyzes the basic principles, system forms and energy-saving benefits of various energy supply systems in urban regional buildings. Thus a set of key technologies for energy application in urban district buildings have been formed. At the same time, based on the comprehensive utilization technology of regional building energy, this paper analyzes the amount of available resources in Xuzhou Xincheng District. Through the analysis, it can be concluded that the solar energy of Xuzhou Xincheng District has a great potential of photovoltaic utilization. Solar photothermal technology should be used reasonably to meet the needs of hot water in new urban areas and promote the development of green ecological construction in new urban areas. At the same time, Xuzhou is rich in wind energy resources in inland areas of Jiangsu Province. It has the conditions of popularizing wind power generation, good geological conditions in the region, great potential for the utilization of shallow geothermal energy in soil, and suitable ground source heat pump for geological conditions. Finally, this paper analyzes the energy demand of Xuzhou New District, puts forward the energy supply system of this city, and makes a general plan for the energy supply scheme of the district building in Xuzhou, at the same time, In this paper, the energy supply system of the corresponding district buildings in the urban area is also planned and analyzed, and the corresponding energy supply schemes of different plots and buildings are put forward, and the energy saving and emission reduction amount when the energy supply scheme is adopted is analyzed. The results show that the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is obvious. The theory and practice obtained in this paper will serve as a reference for the comprehensive planning of building energy in other cities in China.
