中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊項目(CPEC)—巴基斯坦吉爾吉特伯爾蒂斯坦水文地質(zhì)災(zāi)害評估

  本研究提出了一種基于GIS的風(fēng)險評估模型,用于在中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊項目(CPEC)中,估算巴基斯坦Hunza盆地的水文地質(zhì)災(zāi)害風(fēng)險。本論文分析了五項影響水文地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的因素:1)河流洪水;2)冰川湖突出洪水(GLOF);3)山體滑坡;4)大量運(yùn)動(泥石流和巖墜)和;5)冰雪融化和降雨(?)流。CPEC項目評估內(nèi)容包括:喀喇昆侖山公路(喀喇昆侖公路)、石油、天然氣管道、鐵路軌道和光纖。風(fēng)險評估的方法首先是利用ArcGIS進(jìn)行數(shù)值建模和映射,對各個危害程度和強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行評估;其次,借助ArcGIS工具,利用各類災(zāi)害圖層得到風(fēng)險圖層。將風(fēng)險圖層作為輸入圖層,和Hunza流域盆地的風(fēng)險圖層一起輸入到風(fēng)險評估模型中。結(jié)合危險因素、脆弱性和風(fēng)險要素之間的經(jīng)驗關(guān)系,獲得Hunza流域盆地綜合風(fēng)險評估圖。本論文按風(fēng)險級別,將Hunza流域盆地的風(fēng)險結(jié)果分為四個等級,分別是非常低、低、高和非常高。在最后得到的Hunza流域盆地風(fēng)險結(jié)果圖中,非常低、低、高和非常高的風(fēng)險分別對應(yīng)的覆蓋面積為2.2%(295 km2),28.77%(13412 km2),53.08%(7120 km2)和 15.92%(2136 km2...
