【摘要】：長期以來,我國礦山企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)方式比較粗放,部分生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)沒有帶來價值增值,存在一定程度的浪費;而目前的鐵礦石市場處于低迷狀態(tài),給鐵礦產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)帶來了很大的壓力。精益生產(chǎn)旨在減少生產(chǎn)中的各種浪費,精簡不能帶來價值增值的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟效益增長。H鐵礦主要從事鐵礦石的生產(chǎn)加工,在粗放型發(fā)展模式和鐵礦石價格低迷的市場環(huán)境約束下,如何有效實現(xiàn)精益生產(chǎn),減少浪費,保證鐵礦石生產(chǎn)活動的不斷增值成了H鐵礦的重要任務(wù)。首先,本文系統(tǒng)梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于精益生產(chǎn)機理和企業(yè)應(yīng)用精益生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對精益生產(chǎn)理念的起源、定義、發(fā)展以及核心管理思想和原則進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹,將精益生產(chǎn)模式與傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)方式進(jìn)行對比,闡述了將精益生產(chǎn)理念導(dǎo)入到公司的重要性;其次,本文介紹了H鐵礦的基本情況,對H鐵礦現(xiàn)有運營體系進(jìn)行分析,得到H鐵礦實行精益生產(chǎn)的可行性和必要性;再次,引入H鐵礦的精益生產(chǎn)模型和精益愿景,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立H鐵礦精益生產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo),在評價績效指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上建立和篩選了H鐵礦精益項目池,并對精益項目實施流程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹;最后,為了實現(xiàn)精益項目的持續(xù)進(jìn)行,探索了H鐵礦精益生產(chǎn)持續(xù)改進(jìn)的保障機制。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the production mode of mine enterprises in our country is relatively extensive, some production links do not bring value added value, there is a certain degree of waste, and the current iron ore market is in a depressed state, which brings great pressure to the production of iron ore products. Lean production is designed to reduce the various waste in production, to reduce production links that can not bring value-added value, and to realize economic growth. The iron ore is mainly engaged in the production and processing of iron ore. It is an important task for the iron ore to effectively realize the lean production, reduce the waste, and ensure the continuous value of the iron ore production activities under the constraint of the market environment of the extensive development mode and the low price of the iron ore. First of all, the system has combed the relevant literature of lean production mechanism and enterprise application lean production at home and abroad, and introduces the origin, definition, development and core management thoughts and principles of lean production idea, and compares the lean production mode with the traditional mode of production. This paper expounds the importance of introducing the lean production idea into the company, and then introduces the basic situation of the H iron ore, analyzes the existing operation system of the H iron ore, and obtains the feasibility and necessity of the lean production of the H iron ore; and again, The lean production model and the lean vision of the H iron ore are introduced, and on this basis, the key performance index of the lean production of the H iron ore is set up, and the lean project pool of the H iron ore is established and screened on the basis of the evaluation of the performance index, and the implementation process of the lean project is described in detail; and finally, In order to realize the sustainable development of the lean project, the mechanism of continuous improvement of the lean production of the H iron ore is explored.
