【摘要】：質(zhì)量管理的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展歷程經(jīng)過了長時間的考驗,商品在人類歷史上的首次出現(xiàn),就開始了質(zhì)量檢驗的管理方法。20世紀初期,以F.W.泰勒為代表的科學管理理論的產(chǎn)生到21世紀質(zhì)量管理工程這一發(fā)展過程中,質(zhì)量管理也有了翻天覆地的變化。進入21世紀,企業(yè)所處的外部商業(yè)環(huán)境的激烈變化對企業(yè)的成本控制、質(zhì)量管理方面提出了嚴格的要求。而全面質(zhì)量管理以顧客滿意為根本,讓本組織成員及社會取得收益而達到長期成功的管理思想在增強企業(yè)核心競爭力和戰(zhàn)略目標實現(xiàn)等方面已經(jīng)被證明是非常有效及重要的手段。如何通過有效的全面質(zhì)量管理提升企業(yè)在質(zhì)量方面的水平,向著卓越質(zhì)量階段前進已經(jīng)受到越來越多的組織高度關(guān)注。21世紀是實現(xiàn)中國夢的時期,也是我國如何從低層次的“中國制造”、“世界工廠”,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦邔哟蔚摹爸袊窃臁?這種轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)绻麤]有高效的運營體系作支撐,轉(zhuǎn)變的實現(xiàn)也將變得遙遙無期。為了實現(xiàn)強國之夢,學習國外管理思想先進企業(yè)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,潛心研究符合自己國情,適合自己的發(fā)展道路的運營模式,這是國內(nèi)企業(yè)在今后很長一段時間內(nèi)需要面對的非常重要的課題。為此本論文探索新形勢下的全面質(zhì)量管理的應(yīng)用情況,提出SX公司在實施工作中存在的一些問題,提出自己的建議和對策,為提高生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,運營效率,提高企業(yè)競爭實力有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文基于全面質(zhì)量管理的理論研究,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)實際生產(chǎn)運營情況與全面質(zhì)量管理的有效結(jié)合。詳細闡述了SX公司在全面質(zhì)量管理工作方面改進措施。以SX公司的實證案例,為其他類似企業(yè)實施全面質(zhì)量管理提供一些具體操作思路和方法,特別是在持續(xù)改進思想驅(qū)動下成功實施全面質(zhì)量管理提供一些具有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of quality management has been tested for a long time, and the first appearance of commodities in human history has begun the management method of quality inspection. At the beginning of the 20th century, with F.W. From the emergence of Taylor's scientific management theory to the development of quality management engineering in the 21st century, quality management has also undergone earth-shaking changes. In the 21st century, the fierce changes in the external business environment of enterprises put forward strict requirements for cost control and quality management. The management idea of total quality management, which is based on customer satisfaction and enables the members of the organization and the society to achieve long-term success, has proved to be a very effective and important means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and the realization of strategic objectives. How to improve the quality level of enterprises through effective total quality management has been paid more and more attention by more and more organizations. The 21st century is the period to realize Chinese Dream, and it is also how our country can change from low-level "made in China" and "world factory" to high-level "Chinese intellectual". This transformation is not supported by an efficient operation system. The realization of the transformation will also become far away. In order to realize the dream of strengthening the country, learn the development experience of advanced enterprises with foreign management ideas, and devote themselves to studying the operation mode which is in line with their own national conditions and suitable for their own development road, this is a very important subject that domestic enterprises need to face for a long time in the future. Therefore, this paper explores the application of total quality management under the new situation, puts forward some problems existing in the implementation of SX company, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. It is of great practical significance to improve the product quality, operation efficiency and competitive strength of production enterprises. Based on the theoretical research of total quality management (TQM), this paper realizes the effective combination of actual production and operation of enterprises and TQM. The improvement measures of SX company in total quality management are described in detail. Taking the empirical case of SX Company, this paper provides some concrete operating ideas and methods for other similar enterprises to implement TQM, especially for the successful implementation of TQM driven by continuous improvement.
