含層理砂巖熱膨脹系數(shù)的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在放射性核廢料處置、地?zé)崮茉撮_采以及地下油氣儲(chǔ)存等工程中,熱量的傳遞將會(huì)在很大程度上改變巖土材料的力學(xué)性質(zhì),因此,巖土體及緩沖材料的熱力學(xué)參數(shù),包括熱傳導(dǎo)系數(shù)、熱膨脹系數(shù)、比熱容對(duì)工程設(shè)計(jì)以及安全性評(píng)價(jià)有著至關(guān)重要的作用。利用自主研制的巖石膨脹系數(shù)測(cè)試儀對(duì)含層理砂巖進(jìn)行了熱膨脹系數(shù)試驗(yàn),研究了巖石軸向和徑向熱膨脹系數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于含水平層理巖樣,隨著溫度的變化,當(dāng)膨脹均勻后,軸向熱膨脹系數(shù)約為14×10~(-6)℃~(-1),而徑向熱膨脹系數(shù)約為9×10~(-6)℃~(-1),前者約為后者的1.56倍,表現(xiàn)出明顯的各向異性;相比于含水平層理巖樣,含豎直或傾斜層理巖樣的軸向膨脹系數(shù)未見顯著差異,但徑向熱膨脹系數(shù)明顯增加;相同溫度下,徑向熱膨脹系數(shù)從大到小的順序?yàn)?豎直方向、傾斜方向和水平方向;由于巖樣中沉積層的存在,砂巖與沉積物質(zhì)的膨脹性能并不相同,這將導(dǎo)致巖樣的軸向和徑向熱膨脹系數(shù)表現(xiàn)出各向異性。該研究成果對(duì)于巖體的熱-力耦合特性研究具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In the engineering of radioactive nuclear waste disposal, geothermal energy exploitation and underground oil and gas storage, the heat transfer will change the mechanical properties of geotechnical materials to a great extent. therefore, the thermodynamic parameters of rock, soil and buffer materials, including heat conduction coefficient, thermal expansion coefficient and specific heat capacity, play an important role in engineering design and safety evaluation. The thermal expansion coefficient of bedding sandstone was tested by using a self-developed rock expansion coefficient tester, and the variation of axial and radial thermal expansion coefficient of rock was studied. The results show that for horizontal bedding samples, when the expansion is uniform, the axial thermal expansion coefficient is about 14 脳 10 ~ (- 6) 鈩,
