CHred公司多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的建立和地質(zhì)勘查行業(yè)改革的不斷深化,地勘行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生重大調(diào)整、行業(yè)市場化程度提高、行業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、多元化發(fā)展格局形成,同時受外部不利宏觀環(huán)境影響,行業(yè)競爭日益加劇。地勘企業(yè)正面臨著新的發(fā)展形勢和生存挑戰(zhàn),市場和社會對地質(zhì)勘查工作提出了更高的要求,因此地勘單位對未來自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行深入的思考和研究非常有必要。 本文通過對前人企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論總結(jié)分析和應(yīng)用,結(jié)合CHred公司發(fā)展實際,從戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展角度首先針對企業(yè)的內(nèi)部條件(公司基本情況、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、人力資源、經(jīng)營效益及財務(wù)管理、商業(yè)模式、存在問題)和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析研究,然后利用SWOT綜合分析工具進(jìn)行綜合分析,指出了CHred公司的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢與劣勢、外部機(jī)遇與威脅。在此基礎(chǔ)上,確立了CHred公司由傳統(tǒng)的自我積累滾動發(fā)展向資本多元化發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變的戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想及實施的保障措施。 通過研究認(rèn)為,CHred公司未來要充分利用好國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和國外相關(guān)礦業(yè)政策,在保障母公司-CHXZ公司內(nèi)部找礦勘查業(yè)務(wù)需要和提升對CHXZ資源大戰(zhàn)略保障能力的同時,全力推進(jìn)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,改變現(xiàn)行的單一發(fā)展模式,引進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略股份合作伙伴,推動企業(yè)股權(quán)多元化改革,發(fā)展混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì);向礦權(quán)運(yùn)作、風(fēng)險投資勘查、礦產(chǎn)合作開發(fā)和資本運(yùn)營等多領(lǐng)域和多元化方向發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)與母公司協(xié)同發(fā)展模式的成功轉(zhuǎn)型,持續(xù)提升CHred公司核心競爭力和整體實力,促進(jìn)公司持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of China's socialist market economy and the deepening of the reform of geological exploration industry, the structure of geological prospecting industry has undergone major adjustments, the degree of industry marketization has been improved, the industry scale has been continuously expanded, and a diversified development pattern has been formed. At the same time, affected by the external adverse macro environment, industry competition is increasing. Geological prospecting enterprises are facing new development situation and survival challenges, and the market and society have put forward higher requirements for geological exploration work. Therefore, it is necessary for geological prospecting units to think deeply and study their own development strategies in the future. Through summarizing, analyzing and applying the related theories of enterprise strategic management of predecessors, combining with the development practice of CHred Company, this paper first aims at the internal conditions of the enterprise from the angle of strategic development (basic situation of company, organization, human resources, etc. This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the operating efficiency and financial management, business model, existing problems) and the external environment, and then points out the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of CHred Company by using the comprehensive analysis tools of SWOT. On this basis, the strategic orientation, strategic conception and implementation measures of CHred Company's transformation from traditional self-accumulation rolling development to capital diversification development are established. Through the research, CHred company should make full use of the national industrial policy and foreign mining policy in the future, at the same time to ensure the internal prospecting and exploration business needs of the parent company-CHXZ company and enhance the large strategic support ability to the CHXZ resources, at the same time, To promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, to change the current single development model, to introduce strategic joint stock partners, to promote the reform of enterprise equity diversification, and to develop the mixed ownership economy; To the multi-field and diversified direction of mining right operation, venture capital exploration, mineral cooperation development and capital operation, to realize the successful transformation of cooperation development mode with parent company, and to continuously enhance the core competitiveness and overall strength of CHred Company. Promote the sustainable development of the company.
