五參數(shù)組合測井儀設(shè)計及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:五參數(shù)組合測井儀是一種綜合測井儀器,以自然伽馬儀為基礎(chǔ),再結(jié)合流量計、井溫儀、壓力計以及磁性定位儀。該測井儀器在測試過程中能夠同時獲得井溫、伽馬、磁定位、井壓和流量多個參數(shù),并且通過多個參數(shù)的互補和相關(guān)解釋,將半定量的資料分析變?yōu)榫虑闆r的全面綜合判斷。隨著油田開發(fā)難度的加大和井下環(huán)境的日益惡劣,五參數(shù)組合測井儀能夠持續(xù)可靠地發(fā)揮作用。本文分析和研究了五參數(shù)組合測井儀的各項技術(shù)指標(biāo)和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),并對遙傳磁定位短節(jié)、井溫壓力短節(jié)、自然伽馬短節(jié)、超聲流量計短節(jié)、油管扶正器短節(jié)和同位素釋放器短節(jié)進(jìn)行原理和作用解析。其次分析了五參數(shù)組合測井儀中同位素示蹤原理和流量測量原理。設(shè)計五參數(shù)組合測井儀的整體通信電路,對井溫儀、壓力儀、磁定位儀、自然伽瑪儀、超聲流量計和遙測編碼模塊六個部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。在信號傳輸上,各個參數(shù)通過單片機之間的尋址、傳輸和編碼,轉(zhuǎn)換成曼徹斯特碼。為了減少傳輸功率損耗,曼徹斯特碼信號在送往電纜向上傳輸時被調(diào)制變成窄脈沖,最后通過單芯測井電纜傳輸?shù)降孛鏀?shù)控系統(tǒng)處理、存儲和解釋。本文根據(jù)實際工作經(jīng)驗,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場測井資料對吸水層、地下井況進(jìn)行了解釋,以提高各部分研究的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The five-parameter combined logging tool is a kind of comprehensive logging tool, which is based on natural gamma instrument and combined with Flowmeter, well temperature meter, pressure gauge and magnetic locator. The logging tool can simultaneously obtain multiple parameters such as well temperature, gamma ray, magnetic location, well pressure and flow rate. Through the complementation and interpretation of multiple parameters, the semi-quantitative data analysis can be turned into a comprehensive judgment of downhole conditions. With the increasing difficulty of oilfield development and the worsening downhole environment, the five-parameter combined logging tool can continue to function reliably. In this paper, the technical specifications and internal structure of the five-parameter combined logging tool are analyzed and studied, and the remote magnetic location knots, well temperature and pressure knots, natural gamma knots, ultrasonic Flowmeter segments are analyzed and studied. The principle and action of tubing centralizer and isotope release are analyzed. Secondly, the isotope tracer principle and flow measurement principle in five-parameter combined logging tool are analyzed. The whole communication circuit of five-parameter combined logging tool is designed. Six parts of well thermometer, pressure meter, magnetic locator, natural gamma instrument, ultrasonic Flowmeter and telemetry coding module are designed. In signal transmission, each parameter is transformed into Manchester code by addressing, transmitting and coding. In order to reduce transmission power loss, Manchester code signal is modulated to narrow pulse when it is sent up to cable. Finally, it is transmitted to surface numerical control system for processing, storage and interpretation by single core logging cable. Based on the practical working experience, the field logging data are used to explain the water absorption layer and underground well conditions in order to improve the reliability of each part of the study.
