金紅石微量元素電子探針分析

【摘要】:金紅石電子探針微量元素分析一般以人工合成的氧化物來作為監(jiān)測標(biāo)樣,尚較缺乏對金紅石標(biāo)樣進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地測試分析。本文運用CAMECA SXFive電子探針對金紅石標(biāo)樣R10進(jìn)行微量元素分析,根據(jù)金紅石中主要微量元素在地質(zhì)學(xué)中的應(yīng)用,本次共分析了Al、Si、Ti、Fe、Cr、Zr、V、Nb、Ta等9個元素,Ti、Si元素作為本次分析的監(jiān)測元素。本文通過調(diào)整加速電壓和電流、背景和峰值測試時長以及干擾譜峰處理等來提高微量元素分析精度和準(zhǔn)確度。分析結(jié)果顯示,其中,Zr(780±29×10~(-6))(1SD,n=25)、Nb(2799±66×10~(-6))、V(1276±33×10~(-6))、Fe(4309±34×10~(-6))、Cr(718±31×10~(-6))的分析結(jié)果與二次離子質(zhì)譜(SIMS)和激光剝蝕電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜(LA-ICP-MS)的推薦值在誤差范圍內(nèi)一致。大部分元素數(shù)據(jù)波動范圍在10%以內(nèi),V、Fe元素的數(shù)據(jù)波動范圍僅在5%以內(nèi)。V、Nb和Fe測試精度比前人電子探針分析結(jié)果有較大提高。金紅石Zr測試誤差傳遞給金紅石Zr溫度計給出的溫度誤差一般22℃。本文還對金紅石Zr溫度計應(yīng)用、提高Ta元素分析精度和準(zhǔn)確度、金紅石Fe~(3+)分析等問題進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:The synthetic oxide is generally used as the monitoring standard for trace element analysis of rutile by electron probe, but it is still lack of systematic test and analysis of rutile standard sample. In this paper, CAMECA SXFive electron probe was used to analyze trace elements in rutile standard sample R10. According to the application of main trace elements in rutile geology, nine elements, such as Al,Si,Ti,Fe,Cr,Zr,V,Nb,Ta, were analyzed in this paper. The Ti,Si element is the monitoring element for this analysis. In this paper, the precision and accuracy of trace element analysis are improved by adjusting the acceleration voltage and current, background and peak time, and interference spectrum peak processing. The results show that, Zr (780 鹵29 脳 10 ~ (-6) (1), Nb (25), Nb (2799 鹵66 脳 10 ~ (-6), V (1276 鹵33 脳 10 ~ (-6), Fe (4309 鹵34 脳 10 ~ (-6), The analytical results of Cr (718 鹵31 脳 10 ~ (-6) are consistent with the recommended values of secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) and laser denudation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) in the range of errors. The data fluctuation range of most elements is less than 10%, while that of VN Fe is less than 5%. The accuracy of VNb and Fe is much higher than that of previous electron probe analysis. The error of rutile Zr measurement is transmitted to the temperature error given by the Zr thermometer of rutile, which is generally 22 鈩,
